NEVER AGAIN! I have translated several simple 1 page documents with them in the past and it was fine. This time I had to translate a 4 page document and it was a different story all together. I put an order on their site, paid for it and next day recieved an email claiming that the word count (done on their site) is incorrect and I have an outstanding balance for the difference and they cannot proceed until I pay it. Well, I count words myself, also send the text to ai to count and the total word count comes down to the original amount. So they were trying to charge me extra for nothing, hoping that I won't check it myself I guess. So I write them an email asking to cancel my order as I'm not comfortable continuing working with them after they mislead me like that. I hear nothing from them for several days. So I write them again asking to cancel and refund me in full. Again, no reply for 2 days. Finally all of the sudden I receive a letter from them saying that my order has been processed and shipped and they are not going to refund. That email is followed by another one, in which they proclaim their commitment to customers - as a joke i guess. Never again. By contrast I ordered translation from IMMITRANSLATE - they were twice as cheap, and did the job twice as fast. Never never again, Spanish Group. ​

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with this service. I paid for the express option expecting professionalism and accuracy, yet the document I received contained two glaring errors. I immediately reached out for a correction, but I never received a proper revision, nor did anyone return my calls to resolve the issue. This lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. In essence, I feel defrauded. This was, without question, a profoundly negative experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone.

The process was clear and easy to follow with reasonable pricing provided up front. They knew exactly what is required for document submission, including notary service. The turnaround delivery was accurate and within 24 hours. I was very pleased with the service all around.
