I stumbled upon this place looking for a new esthetician. Although this wasn’t exactly the place I was looking for, it is one of my favorite places I frequent. I was initially looking for facials to help with Rosacea. I ended up with a consultation with Tina for options. Unfortunately there weren’t many. I ended up inquiring about laser hair removal and found the prices to be great. I bought a package and started with this. I always schedule with Tina because she’s so friendly and personable. And their laser works! After a few months, she brought to my attention VI peel which she mentioned was safe for Rosacea. I have to say after 3 peels there is a visible improvement with my skin texture and skin tone. What I like about The Skin Agency is you are not sold a procedure to be sold a procedure. If it is not the right treatment, you will be told so and recommendations made for what is. Check out the Skin Agency and ask for Rina. She’s amazing! I went to my first laser appointment, and was welcomed by the front desk with so much kindness! She helped me check in, and Tina was ready for me in the front, which was so nice. Tina welcomed me in, explained how everything will be done, asked me if I had any questions, and made me feel so much more comfortable! She kept checking in and asking how I am feeling during the process. She is the sweetest person ever, very welcoming and professional. I will always be requesting Tina for my sessions at The Skin Agency. Thank you Tina for the best experience!

This place is very clean and organized, and the best part is that it’s close to me. Tina is always nice and provides good service. She makes sure I feel comfortable during every session and explains everything clearly. The results have been amazing, and I highly recommend her for laser hair removal!

It’s my first time experiencing laser hair removal and I saw this place near my house and immediately book an appointment. Their prices are cheaper compared to other places I was looking at. I did underarms laser hair removal for $30 each treatment. Jazmari was my treatment nurse and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions confidently. She also make sure I am well taken care of and that my treatment is safe. The clinic itself looks nice and tidy. The front desk staff is very nice and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal with Nurse Tina and I’m super happy with it! She’s really nice and knowledgeable I absolutely recommend it! Hailey at the front desk is super nice as well, I love coming here! The office is super clean and modern

I don't even think there should be one star on this review. I didn't have a razor. They tried to charge me $15 for a razor then they wanted to charge me to change the appointment if I couldn't pay for the razor this is ridiculous. Horrible customer service as a tattoo artist myself if one of my clients needed a bottle of water I get it for them. I don't charge them if one of my clients needed to meet a shaving area for them. I do it for free. You don't ever charge them for accessories that should be included.
