They fixed my one complaint, then proceeded to try and upsell me on overcharged medicine I didn’t need and try and get me to come back for no reason. I was there for 6 minutes today and payed $60. Left a sour taste in my mouth for sure

I have been coming here for years. The office is easy to get to, easy to park and my appointments are always on time. My examinations have been thorough, Dr. Katz knows her stuff and is easy to talk to. My treatments have been successful. A friendly, clean and relaxing office.

Dr. Deaver is lovely and office staff is always friendly. I’d gotten Fraxel laser at Baylor Derm with good results a few years before coming here. Unfortunately, I saw no visible results with the 2 Fraxel laser treatments I received at Pearl Derm and I was disappointed that no refund was offered to compensate for the lack of results.

What a wonderful experience here. A gorgeous office and what an incredible doctor Dr. Jennifer Deaver Peterson is. She listens to your concerns and then explains the things she recommends. She works with the patient when it comes to affordability and scheduling different options.

Dr Deaver is sweet, but her office manager and financial policies and very rigid and inflexible. I had spent over $15,000 in cosmetic procedures with Pearl Dermatology. I had another appointment scheduled. Two weeks prior, the office called me and left me two voicemails, one when I was out of the country and the other when I was taking my elderly mother to the hospital. Exactly one week prior to my appointment, I called the office to give them my credit card info. Unbeknownst to me, It was their lunch hour. I left a voicemail and about 30 minutes later received a text message saying my appointment had been canceled. I called to find out why and the office manager very rudely replied that I had not paid for the appointment in full. She was very unsympathetic and inflexible with me, even though I had been a prompt paying patient. Fortunately, I have found a new med spa that offers the exact same services with much more care and concern. I will never return to Pearl Dermatology.

First time going to this place. I don’t trust google reviews always since some of them are fake, but I’m confident in this office and the individuals running it and feel like these reviews can be trusted. I have a family history of melanoma and had 2 moles I was worried about. 2 other dermatologists brushed me off and would not remove them. Went to Dr. Katz and she didn’t make me feel unheard, she was receptive and removed them right away, no questions asked and didn’t make me feel like it’s not a big deal. She really makes you feel heard and takes her time during the exams. Everyone in there was kind of professional so I’m very pleased with this office and appreciate how my first experience was.

The epitome of professionalism. From check in to check out, The Pearl is skin care at it’s best. Dr. Deaver treats every patient with the level where they are comfortable. She expertly identifies solutions for any patient. I had the choice of getting work done in LA or NY and Dr. Deaver is the best in the country.
