I highly suggest you read the reviews will low ratings before deciding to go to this dentist. In August of 2024 I went to check out a tooth I was experience discomfort and was told the filling had to be replaced plus 2 other fillings but these would be an inlay and onlay. After speaking to the dentist they sold me the idea that this was a less invasive procedure than a crown and needed them because my metal fillings were starting to crack. I paid over 1.5k out of pocket hoping to prevent future issues. Plus I was told I could not get a basic cleaning because they believed I had periodontal disease so they charged me crazy fees for lab tests. I agreed because I had never been diagnosed with such. I began experiencing prolong sensitivity on the tooth with an onlay ( which I highlight is not a tooth I was experiencing any pain or issue before). I went back several times to see what was wrong and was told nothing was wrong with it. After 3 months of sensitivity I went again to speak to the endodonist. He told me that I may need a root canal and crown but based on my X-rays he did not recommend it yet as the sensitivity could fade and the dentist told me some people experienced sensitivity for a year. I decided to wait because I was getting charged another 1.5k for the root canal and crown. I was baffled that they did not offer a discount considering I only agreed on the treatment because I was told I could develop an infection. The sensitivity eventually went away and I thought it was fine. In November 2025 I began experiencing pain on that tooth. I no longer had the same insurance and went to another dentist. They told me the onlay was no properly fitted and had cracks and I needed a crown. As I waiting for insurance approval I quickly developed an infection. The prolonged sensitivity was not normal and now face possible to extraction on a tooth that was not bothering me to begin with. It may have needed crown when I first went but they sell you the most expensive service. A crown was cheaper with my insurance but they are very persuasive saying they want to save your actual tooth and perform a less invasive procedure. After I spoke my dentist now and told me it was not fitted properly I call the office wanting to get an appointment with the dentist who performed my onlay. The person in charge of billing was extremely rude and asked if I had the same insurance and I told her I didn’t and reiterated I didn’t mind paying out of pocket for a consult. She told me she did not have time and some else would call me back. No one ever call be back. As a billing coordinator she should have a better attitude towards patients considering they are spending their hard earned money. Overall this facility is very money driven and will suggest expensive dental work with the alleged benefit of it being less invasive. I did see a third dentist and was told an onlay my size is not something she would recommend and she would have done a crown had I went to her office. GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU GET ANY WORK DONE HERE!!!

I've been coming to this dental office for almost 9 years now and I can not see myself going anywhere else for my dental needs. The Dental Office on Red Hill gives supreme care. Paige and Doria always make sure you're comfortable and that you understand every part of your dental plan.

Great experience being my first time here. My hygienist Doria did very good work and pleased with her. I remember though she did speak a little loud in the ear. I highly recommend this office overall.

As I visited the Dental Office on Redhill, it turns out that I had a few serious problems. Those issues were only covered by my insurance in a very limited way. To fix these issues the proper way was very expensive to my current financial situation. I explained my current financial state to Viviana (operations manager). I stated I could not afford the procedure and would have to wait and see how I could move forward. She went out of her way to make sure I could have the proper dental work by setting up payments that I would feel comfortable with. I asked Dr smith about what my insurance would cover and was so nice in explaining why I needed the work to be done properly. After explaining my financial situation to her, she made sure that I got the proper care. I can’t say enough how these two went out of their way and understood my situation. By the way, Dr smith is very kind and did great work, always explaining things during the procedure and asking me how I was doing. Also, I can’t thank Viviana enough for her compassion and kindness for my current situation. She went out of her way to help me!

1/7/26 First visit and my last. HB office called yesterday to remind me to arrive early to check in or do echeck in online. I decided to arrive early. The woman at the desk was very slow checking other people in.. when it was my turn to check in, she refuse to check me in onsite and insisted that I must check in online before I came. After a few minutes, I realized she can careless, just to do as little as possible.. So.. we walked out not even make pass the front desk. After reading other reviews.. maybe this is a blessing.

I've been coming to this dental office for several years now and have consistently had great experiences. For the past year or two, Doria Park has been my hygienist, and she’s fantastic as she is thorough, professional, and genuinely invested in my oral health. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Appointments run on time, and I rarely have to wait once I arrive. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with what looks to be state-of-the-art technology. There's also plenty of convenient parking, which is a big plus. Overall, I'm very happy with the care I've received here and would definitely recommend this office to others.
