I’ve been going to The Curl Space with Ashtyn for about two years now, and she made me fall in love with my curls again! I always love my cut, but what really sets Ashtyn apart is how well she listens and works with you to achieve the perfect cut for your hair. She also takes the time to educate you on how to recreate the look at home, which makes such a difference. Ashtyn is the best—highly recommend her to anyone with curls!

I have wavy hair but a LOTT of it. I came in for my usual maintenance dry cut but asked for some more layers and shorter face pieces this time (which I didn’t have as much of before). Ashtyn took such good care to make sure my hair was perfect! She even styled my bangs/face framing which is not a part of the dry cut 🥹. She never disappoints, but girl ROCKED my cut! I am in love with my natural hair because of her! A good plus is her amazing personality 💗

Very pleased! Ashtyn has been cutting my hair for nearly two years. I got my first curly cut a little over 2 years ago by Ashtyn. I had never gotten an haircut specifically for curly hair, and it’s safe to say that was the best decision I could have ever made! She is extremely knowledgeable, educational, and so fun each time I see her—even when it’s a quick cut! I leave feeling so beautiful and happy with the results every time!

Ashtyn is my first ever curly hair stylist I've went to and she really is the best! I've been going to Ashtyn for about a year and I love every single cut she does. I have fine 3B curls and she really helps me with visualizing what kind of cut I want which is why I like her so much.

This review is loong overdue. I can't recommend seeing Ashtyn enough. I've been a client of hers for over three years now and thanks to her expertise and guidance, my hair hasn't looked or felt any better! and this is coming from someone that had NO CLUE how to take care of curly hair until I became her client, I admit. For the longest time I wasn't taking care of my hair properly because I was following tips and tricks that work for everything BUT curly hair, and it left my hair dull, wiry and a mess. After my very first visit, I was shocked seeing how different my hair looked and felt after Ashtyn took the time to explain what works best for my hair, from what products to use, how to use them, how and when to apply them, down to how to even wash and care for my hair properly (And note this isn't because I didn't take care of it. It was because I didn't know what I was doing at that time was actually harming my hair over helping it.) If you are a girl who has curly hair, and who often finds maintaining it difficult, I highly highly highly recommend booking some time with Ashtyn because she can definitely help to make taking care of your hair a lot more easier that it looks.
