My wife went to get a tattoo and permanent jewelry for a $100 deal. I was unable to go with her so she went by herself and my sister. When she came home she was BAWLING about how terrible her experience was. The tattoo was barely even visible and as you can tell by the pictures it came out terrible. My wife said she was pushing so hard she was bleeding so bad she couldn’t see what she was doing but continued anyway and even mentioned she couldn’t do it because she couldn’t see. Not only that but the permanent jewelry didn’t even last a full day. I personally inspected it and I can say for 100% certainty that it was not even welded together correctly. I could do a better job with my eyes closed. I am extremely hurt that my wife had a terrible experience and had to come home bawling to me about it because I couldn’t be there to make it right. Not only that but on top of that instead of only paying 100 we had to pay 165 Becuase the tattoo wasn’t "small enough" which they failed to mention ahead of time. If you read this review I am being 100% honest and I never leave a bad review but this is beyond bad. If they reply with some bull crap about delicate jewelry or whatever else just know it’s a complete joke. Don’t waste your time.

Ally was an amazing provider - she was nice and funny and very personable! She made the experience super comfortable more importantly than that, enjoyable! However when it comes to the lift itself - I’m really disappointed and shocked at the results of my treatment. It has been a few years and I do have long and thick lashes however the lash lifts I’ve received before (at another location) were much better than this. I had no tint but my lashes were obvious and fully lifted the other two times I’ve had a lift done but this time it seems it just didn’t work? The previous times it took the same amount - about an hour - I also left with clean lids and lashes then - but not this time. I have residue left on my lashes and lid which has naturally been flaking off a bit as the day has gone on but it’s very obvious and not appealing to look at especially having to run errands and work with my coworkers? My eyes look kinda gross to be honest. I also know the proper aftercare and have kept my lashes very dry and have followed the aftercare instructions I was given at the end of treatment. I tipped obviously because Ally again herself was great but I’m really unhappy paying $75 for a service that didn’t work, took the full hour, and left me with "gunky" looking eyes on both my lashes and lids.

Had the most amazing appointment with Katie for my very first tattoo. The environment was so friendly and she walked me through the process before we started. She made sure the design was the size and location I wanted. Ready to make my next appointment!

I came for some new eyebrows but am staying for the Pico Laser treatments. 😍 These laser treatments are something I never knew I needed, but they are making me feel so good in my own skin again. I came in for micro blading and Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She told me about the new pico laser treatments and with some awesome discounts I decided to treat myself. I’m so glad I did. With sun spots from way too many tanning beds in college and even worse was my malasma (hyperpigmentation) on my upper lip from genetics/hormones. I was shocked that just one treatment has nearly removed these concerns! The best part is that these results should be PERMANENT. With new brows and even skin tone I now feel comfortable running out the door without even worrying about makeup. I will be back soon for another PICO facial because it’s just so worth it. I can’t wait to see what amazing results I get from this second treatment. Simply amazing ❤️

HIGHLY recommend the Beauty Room! First, the whole office is GORGEOUS-so light, clean and the esthetic is so calming. Taylor did a phenomenal job with our fine line tattoos and made the appointment feel like you are just hanging out with a friend. She makes the whole appointment comfortable and is very thorough with her work and letting you know what to expect and how to care for it after etc. I will be seeing her much more

Jordan did such an amazing job with my lashes. i got the hybrid full set and i will definitely continue to see her for all my lash needs. she was so kind and made the experience so amazing! will be recommending her to everyone i know!!

I’ve been going to The Beauty Room for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough. More recently, I’ve been getting facials with Ella, and they are absolutely amazing. The environment is so calming and relaxing, and I always leave feeling refreshed and completely at ease. My skin feels incredible afterward—especially during the winter months when it needs the extra care. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and Ella is hands down my favorite for facials. Highly recommend!
