I was told Nicole was the "bob specialist" and trusted her with cutting over a foot off. I came in with pictures and we discussed our goal. She even said she didn’t want me to look like Lord Farquaad, which is exactly how I look. She washed, cut over a foot and styled my hair in 40 minutes, so I should have known it wasn’t going to be good. I’m just glad I didn’t cut as short as she suggested because I would have nothing left after I get it fixed. She sent me out with curled hair, which was smart on her part because I couldn’t see the hack job. I’m so embarrassed with my hair cut and I won’t be going back for her to fix it because why would I expect her to do better if she couldn’t do it right the first time? She said she guarantees her haircuts, but I just don’t want to leave with even less hair and have to get it done a third time. I’m so sad because I cut off so much hair, but now I really regret my decision. I paid $60 and tipped $12.

I’m VERY particular about my hair and the way it is cut. A short bob/A-line cut! Not a lot of hair stylists can do this precisely!! I was nervous about coming to the salon, and left with perfect color and the BEST cut!! Kayla was meticulous and attentive to my needs! HIGHLY recommend Thairapy Salon and especially Kayla! 😊

I moved to Arizona, not knowing a single person And definitely not a hairstylist! I had the same hairstylist back in my hometown for 15 years and was nervous to find someone new. I booked with Leah Castro And it’s like she was doing my hair all along! She got the perfect color and toner for me and I always feel so refreshed and so beautiful every time that she does my hair. Everyone at the salon is so kind and welcoming especially Leah! She is a hair wizard!

Lenya exceeded all my expectations. Her energy and presence are absolutely magnetic. She's professional, confident, and clearly passionate about what she does. Talking with her felt so natural, like catching up with a good friend. I came in wanting to return to my natural color after getting highlights at another salon, and she matched it perfectly. She worked efficiently too, so I never felt like I was waiting around. When it came to my haircut, I was open to her suggestions, and we decided on soft layers with curtain bangs. Other stylists had told me my face was too small for curtain bangs, so I'd always avoided them, but Lenya encouraged me to try, and I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love how it turned out. She helped me feel confident and beautiful again, and I couldn't be more grateful. I'II definitely be booking with her again!

Leah is an amazing stylist!! From my first appointment she took the time to ask what I liked and didn’t like about my hair, from my cut to my color. She was so knowledgeable that I knew I was in good hands. I absolutely love my color and am having fun embracing my curls again 🙂 She also showed me how to use my stying products and tools so I could get the same look at home! If you want someone who is truly passionate about what she does then I would highly recommend Leah!

Requested grey transition coloring and cut. It was not anywhere close to what I asked for. Color looks like it’s already grown out three inches. Reached out to color specialist and owner. Basically their response was ; Leave your hair like it is for a week or pay another specialist to do it. I m leaving town in three days and am completely embarrassed by this ! Then since she felt I questioned her skills she told me she WOULD NOT CORRECT IT. I posted my original color for reference
