Sunshine Hawaiian Bbq

The flavors of the food were on point! The service was adequate. It's just a counter service where you place your order, pay, and subsequently pick up your food. No frills. The atmosphere isn't anything special. It's pretty laid back.

My family of five enjoyed it. Many gluten free options. The BBQ beef and chicken were well received by my kids. I had the Menudo with cow foot! Very good, if you can "stomach" it 😆

I order from here frequently and each time I’m rewarded with great food and great service. Whether it’s Grubhub or eating inside, the food is amazing. They’re very good at listening to requests and making it how I like it. I typically get the katsu chicken or the island fire shrimp and they’re honestly delicious. I haven’t tried anything else because I like those two so much. I definitely recommend going to this little hole in the wall. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I enjoyed my meal, the island fire-chicken mini-meal, at Sunshine Hawaiian BBQ. The staff was nice and attentive. I would return here to eat. The wait was not long on a Tuesday for Lunchtime (less than 7 minutes from in to out). Macaroni salad was very nice. Price was acceptable about $10 for my lunch

The beef and chicken were great. But the Macaroni salad had no flavor. I ordered two side orders of crab rangoons. They had almost nothing in them and were very undercooked. Other than the meat, the food was very bland and I cannot move past the undercooked crab rangoons.

The Fire Chicken is sweet and spicy. Could use more rice though, high meat to carb ratio. Got the mini portion for less than $10. Plenty of food. Just needed more rice.
