I went in and the store was clean and the service was good. I had two young ladies help me Stevy and Isabella and they were both so helpful. I was trying to figure out with foundation shade was best for me and they gave me the best options for not only my skin type but also my shade.

I went inside and it was very cute!! I found this place from TikTok and was amazed by how nice it looked and how sweet the staff was. Isabella was the one who helped me and she was very nice and knew what she was talking about.

Okay look, I do not write reviews but when I tell y'all you HAVE to go in. This store is so cute and organized, and everyone is so sweet. But lemme put y'all on. Go in and ask for Isabelle. I've come in a few times before to look around and find the things I seen on tiktok and all the attendants are very sweet. But I do not playyy about Isabelle. Not only was she the sweetest, she left me feeling INFORMED. I told her about my routine and she went through EVERYTHING with me, I told her I wanted to try out the Korean stuff and see why it's so popular but I had a STRICT budget because why would I spend so much on something I don't know work! She showed me options and explained everything, and I got a FULL 5-STEP routine for $100. My toner from Sephora aloneee is $35. She told me it might take up to 4 weeks to see results and I said I'd let her know. It's been 3 weeks since I came in and this is me letting her know that this shi WORK. I already seen my dark spots go away and my skin feels so hydrated and glowy. I'll be back.

The inside is neat. Was very overwhelmed by all the stuff they had to offer but Isabella helped me when I came in and wasn’t sure what to get. I have a very difficult time knowing my skin type and she walked me through the whole process and what she thought was best for me.

Came in last week for the bio dance masks and they didn’t have them. Isabella was very sweet and helped explain the other masks and they were perfect for our galentines. I hope they get some in soon, but I love the masks we bought.

The store is well organized and clean. The customer service was lacking... I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. I came in looking for something specific and was excited to learn more about the products but the two employees working seemed to be avoiding human contact at all costs. Not sure what was up with that.

Excellent service from Natalia! I came in without any knowledge of Korean skincare but she was able to talk to me about what I wanted to address with my skin helped me build a full routine 🙂
