I have been at several Dental practices over my life. Story Dental stands far above those that I have experienced. Story Dental has integrity, professionalism. No matter what procedure they must do, it is the customer, the patient that comes first. They truly make you feel welcomed. They show you genuine concern and care.

Be very careful with the workers there, especially the insurance guy Sal. Make sure to double check with your insurance before paying some random price that the man gives you. Just heard back from my insurance and these people definitely ended up scamming me out of my hard earned money. One of the ladies at the front desk gave me a dirty look when I asked for my receipt, even though I was polite despite her tone when she was speaking to me. The people there made me feel uncomfortable and I wish I would have read the reviews before coming in. If you are reading this, let it be your warning before coming here.

Story dental is a scam dentistry, I specifically transferred my insurance, put them as the primary insurance had all of my dental work forward to them. When I came for my appointment they rushed me through the appointment did unnecessary treatment and then told me that they wouldn't be accepting my insurance. I would not recommend the dentistry to any person they are a scam bait and switch operation they are not professional the dentistry smells like cigarettes. Outside is absolutely disgusting trash everywhere. The parking lot is uneven the area is dangerous and God forbid you get treatment, they're already warning me that they're work would fail.

My new dental office, the staffs are very nice and approachable. They gave me all the details and procedures that need to be done for me. Making appointments is very easy and convenient. They are going to accommodate you as soon as possible if you need an urgent care for your dental. Dentist are kind gentle as well.

I had a very frustrating/scummy experience at Story Dental and will not go back. On the phone when I made the appointment, I was very clear what I wanted. I wanted my permanent retainer removed and new plastic ones. When I arrived, I had to wait a while and then when I sat in the chair, I had to wait longer. After being at the office for over 20 minutes, I was told it turns out, the orthodontist didn’t work that day and I had to reschedule. No apology, no acknowledgement that my time was wasted. When I went to the front desk to reschedule, they told me my appointment would be $50 for a consultation. However, I didn’t even open my mouth nor did I even talk about dental work. Instead of apologizing or attempting to make it right, the front desk people proceeded to argue and try to convince me to pay for the privilege to sit in the chair briefly. "While you did talk with the hygienist didn’t you?" It was so absurd since what happened was in no way a consultation. When I made it clear I wouldn’t pay, they tried to get me to prepay for my next appointment. I of course objected. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's another thing to make a mistake and not apologize, it's a final thing to make a mistake, refuse to apologize and attempt to charge me for it. Incredibly scummy and shady. And it turns out their orthodontist only works one day a week. I wish that was said on the phone…
