The first time I saw Bobbi, he came off rather confident and opinionated, but once we talked out a plan I was able to relax a little and trust his process. I was very happy with the haircut he did and after so many botched jobs, it was much easier to style. I booked to see him again after the holidays. When I came in he said my ends looked burnt (which they were), but he said he would keep as much as he could to keep it healthy. Fine. But I am not sure what happened. It feels like he took way too much off, and just started chopping away at my layers which we'd established before I was trying desperately to grow out. I was left with disconneted layers in the front, and bangs that were impossible to style. I'd just given up trying to make it look nice and opted to put it up in hair ties and clips until I could get it fixed somewhere else. This stylist also confirmed the bad haircut... I wanted to make this place my go to, and Bobbi my stylist. But I won't be back.

Not very friendly was there to see if they could help me with my daughter’s hair and they basically kicked me out before I even got inside because I parked where I in someone’s spot? I’m so confused but I’d rather have the experience rather than my daughter. She was in the car and heard them. Such a rude and disrespectful attitude from both a man and woman. I live in the area and drove by there and nobody was even parked there so they basically just were saying "we don’t want your business" smh

Where do I start ?!!! Elisa Stephen’s has been doing my American Wave (perm) past couple years and Curt’s!! She’s the BEST!! If you’re looking for an experience, licensed beautician and look into add some bounce to your hair. I definitely recommend her. Thank you beautiful

Awful experience. I went in to get a curtain bang trim with Bobbi. When I went home I noticed the hair was not falling right and difficult to style. I’ve had curtain bangs for two years now with no issues and always get a trim. I went back to get it adjusted and was talked down to, gaslighted, and told I would need to schedule a full haircut to fix it (had already been scheduled for September in our first appointment). When I tried to move up the appointment because I felt uncomfortable and wanted to fix my hair, he said to give me a refund and to find another stylist. Avoid this place and go somewhere that respects customers.

Finally got what I wanted without being asked a million times "are you sure?"! My inspiration is a character named Maya from a game called Borderlands 2 and 3. It's not a hard cut, just time and layering but no other stylist could get the back the way I truly wanted it without telling me no, telling me its not a smart idea or giving me their "options". I want what I want and the Fly delivered. The back is beautifully layered to the very top of my head and the tall white guy (my apologies, super bad with names) did a fantastic job without a complaint and was a superb conversationalist. I'm going to come back here as long as he works here, this is my favorite place and it will be yours too!

I wasn't there for myself, I went with my better half and two kids who wanted haircuts. The environment is relaxed, and there is comfortable seating for people like myself who are there waiting. The area has a Target, a few coffee shops, and I walk around the block a few times. Girls were all pleased with their hair, the price was fair, the service was fantastic. But three is still a lot to sit through, I was ready to go home after 🙂

Worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had, in any country. I asked for a soft ombre and ended up with my hair almost completely blonde, with harsh yellow tones I never asked for. I showed them a clear photo of what I wanted, and what they did looked nothing like it. It took over five hours, and when I pointed out the obvious difference, they wanted to "fix" it, as if I hadn’t already wasted half my day there. Then a woman claiming to be the manager came over and instead of owning the mistake, she said, "Well, this color also looks nice." Seriously? It’s not about what you think looks nice, it’s about giving the customer what they asked for. Otherwise, what’s the point of bringing reference photos? And no they didn’t even offer a discount. I had to ask for one, and all they gave me was 50% off after completely ruining my hair and wasting my time. Avoid this place unless you’re okay with inexperienced stylists doing whatever they want with your hair and management making excuses instead of taking responsibility. Stylist name should be Elisa.
