Spa at the Battle House

I highly recommend Nancy for a massage! She listened and performed to the areas I needed. She asked me how her pressure level was during the massage and cared that she was performing to my comfort. I love that! She used a wam neck pillow and luxurious techniques in her work. I would definitely go back to her.

Cameron and Tyler at the desk were the nicest! So very helpful! Fiona did a superb facial. The spa was cozy quiet and zen. The facility was very clean with many amenities! Great experience! I would definitely recommend!!

Honestly was very disappointed with my experience. When we arrived the front desk were not the friendliest, went inside everyone was very dismissive the lady who showed us around acted like she did not want to be there. We were given no time to change and when we went in for our massages we told our problem areas barely touched the areas we wished to be massaged (neck, shoulders) when we were done we were told they were closing and rushed us out didn’t give us any time to change shower or anything. When leaving the front desk looked at us like we were crazy because we thought they were going to charge our card but we had to give another form of payment. They didn’t let us use any of the amenities that were provided. Staff looked like they were sick of working there. For the amount you spend to relax I felt nothing but a nuisance on my birthday. Also while leaving one of the ladies who gave us a massage looked that we were getting on the elevator and ran away. Whole experience unprofessional and was anything but relaxing being rushed the whole time.

I had Issac take care of me for a full body massage!! It was amazing will be booking with him again!! The staff was nice/helpful!! Making it an amazing girls day!!

I paid a big chunk of money to have a great time and to relax my original appointment time was at 6pm online it says they close at 8pm the day before they called me to tell me if I wanted to come in at 5pm would be fine by the time i got there it was a little before 6pm i got ready for my massage i was excited because after my massage i was gonna go into the hot tub and sauna after my massage at 7pm i was told they were closing because they were not busy basically kicking us out an hour before they closed I felt that the massage was rushed just because they wanted to leave early I didn’t enjoy my time knowing they rushed to get us out of there as quick as possible and I wasn’t able to get everything my moneys worth after they told us to leave they told us that we could come back tomorrow morning but we already had different plans for that morning so I called them in the morning to see what we could to about this issue to get my moneys worth and to try to see if I could came back at a later date I called to talk to the manger Jordan the person who answered the phone said I’m going to put you on hold give us a few seconds I said okay couple mins go by she took me off hold asked me to leave my name and number and that she would call back in 5 mins after I did that I let her know who I was and they never called back. Terrible experience and workers.

Overpriced and a waste of time. The massage chair was nice. Massage envy on its worst day is better. Masseuse yelled my name from the locker room door twice while I was changing for the massage. So much for relaxing from the start. Rushed into the massage and when I got out they reminded me twice they close at 4 when it was 3pm because the staff is in a hurry to go home.

We booked massages for my daughter’s birthday & had a very relaxing experience! The facility is clean & well maintained. Our masseuse’s were very professional and they are talented individuals. The cost was affordable & worth the investment to pamper yourself!!
