Was checked in in a timely manner and did not wait long before I was shown to a room. Technician was very friendly and thorough. Visit with the doctor was informative and helpful. Making a future appointment was quick and easy.

And the guardian of a disabled person. I felt initially that the physician was dismissive of my need to explain the details of the last six months and the treatment that was prescribed in the lack of effective results. He was borderline rude, if not dismissive. Once he listened to what I was saying on behalf of her as she’s not able to give a accurate history or account, things improved. But I feel the entire office. Staff are wonderful, but the clinicians are moving at lightning speed. They are literally coming in and turning around to back out before you even get a chance to express your concerns. This is not OK especially with a disabled person. I am going to seek follow up in a different practice that is more respectful of an individuals needs and the time it might take to work with them

I came to SS Skin Center in 2020 when a skin lesion was spotted by my PCP at my annual physical. Dr Butler did a biopsy and it was confirmed as melanoma. It was caught early and the surgeon was successful at removing everything. I’m currently seeing Dr Pollitt every six months for full body exams. Everyone at SS Skin Center has been great.

I always have a high regard for South Shore Skin Center. The staff there are always kind & attentive. They are prompt, get you in quickly & with a smile. Dr. Sidorsky is the best skin doctor, he's always pleasant. I have been seeing him for years & he cares about you as a patient.

Practitioner and assistant were excellent. Checking in was a drag. First, you go to suite 200…desk person was VERY slow Then sent to suite 207. Door was locked. Experience inside was thorough, easy and didn’t take very long. This company is lucky to have these 2 woman. Then had to go back to suite 200 to check out. Signs were confusing because my practioner’s name wasn’t on any of them.

Dr Saad is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and caring. All of his staff are exceptional. South Shore Skin Center will meet all your needs.

The dr and assistants are very caring people. I had difficult knowing how to communicate with office after procedure. It wasn't explained that the best way to reach them is thru their portal. In the end I got a call back and I am healing up.
