I love Sonoran dental design, they have been my go to dentist for over 15 years now. Staff is always nice and friendly. Always clean and spotless. They make dental care an enjoyable experience. If anyone is looking for a dentist that will take away that "I'm afraid of the dentist" feeling. Come here.

Take it from a long time patient. I had been going for 5+ years . Ever since the office manager Devin left the place has fallen apart. Very unorganized, no empathy for people. Most of all trying to charge for additional work you don’t need . I just went to another brand new dental office and they said I didn’t need any of that work. Sonoran also tried to charge me for X-rays when I called up my insurance they said it’s covered . I almost paid the 200 dollars. They are not taking my money . When I said I was no longer going to use them the rep said "okay we will cancel your appt" not even a "what happened " or "sorry" Please look elsewhere if you are in the process of finding a new dental office.

So many nasty comments about the receptionist. To me she was so great outgoing and friendly and very helpful. She explained everything to me in detail she made sure I understood how much I had to pay. My son Julian had 4 wisdom teeth pulled here in one day and I wouldn't have it any other way. They did great! I say ignore the other comments and give them a chance. Thank you to Devon and the staff. Sincerely Carol Peralta.

Absolutely love this Dental office. I had my appointment, Dentist are so great, informative and caring. Devon went over everything with me, explained every detail about services I would be getting done, offered payment plans. I appreciate that she will call, leave a VM, to remind you of your upcoming appts because being a mother, wife and working it's nice to have that reminder when life is a bit hectic. It's people like her that make me want to come back and have done so. My whole family will now be coming to this office because of her and the staff and the great service, customer service and quality that they show/have. Definitely would recommend!

Terrible experience with Brenda and booking my appointment. I work out of town and don’t have access to my phone all the time. I made the appointment which should be good enough. When I spoke to her she was inconsiderate talking down and at me. To many other options, if you’re looking for a new dentist or are new to that area like me try someone else

this is the WORST office I have been to, Devin left. Had a scheduled appt with the oral surgeon last year which Sonora cancelled without my consent. I got screwed out of the rest of my benefits, been without bottom teeth for a year. I get a call 2 days ago that the oral surgeon is moving, her last day is in 2 days, looking at getting all top pulled and basically I’ll be without one plate. this is unbelievable. on the positive, DR. CHRIS IS AMAZING

Been coming to Sonora Dental for almost 3 years following negative experiences elsewhere. Devon (practice manager/reception) is PERFECT - she makes everything professional and friendly. Extraordinary safety and health protocols to the point where I didn't hesitate to go in during 2020 and beyond. Very patient-budget-planning friendly. Never been 'upsold', pushed to do any type of treatment, and they worked me in with emergencies with grace and patience. Honestly, I cannot imagine going anywhere else in Phoenix.
