I finally made an appointment with Dr. Gallien, Lacey, and their amazing staff, and I can honestly say I walked out a new man. The difference a confident smile makes is priceless. It’s contagious, too — I catch myself smiling more, and people smile back. The team completely restructured my teeth, and the transformation has been truly life-changing. Friends and family keep saying things like, "You seem happier… more confident." And they’re right. I am. I had a wonderful experience at Smiles of Chattanooga today. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I want to especially mention the 2 woman who worked on my teeth today, Abby and Jordann. They were both attentive and always checked in with my comfort level, bringing me a blanket and water with lots of smiles and pleasant conversation. Dr Gallien was also an expert in attending to my teeth and repairing a crown. Patience and love was felt in my visit. I almost felt like I was at a spa. I highly recommend the Smiles of Chattanooga.

I highly recommend Smiles of Chattanooga! Dr. Gallien and his team are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in and are greeted the staff is very friendly and professional! Dr. Gallien does amazing work, he is top notch! I have high anxiety when needing a dental procedure and Dr. Gallien and his team are always so supportive and do whatever it takes to make me feel comfortable and calm. Plus they have all the latest most innovative equipment for any of your dental procedure needs. Update: Went in for a bite adjustment and my crown was ready to be put in. Dr Lentini and Abby made sure everything was perfect before I left and adjusted the overall bite. I cannot recommend the team at SoC enough. Theymake sure you are 100% before you walk out the door. Don’t hesitate to make them your dentist 😊 I was an emergency patient today since my regular dentist is out of the country. The entire staff was amazing! They were able to take care of my immediate issue and made sure I was comfortable. Do not hesitate making SoC your new primary care dental practice! 2 paitents walked in the door today while I was waiting and said " I’m glad to be here"…That tells you something about the the SoC culture 🥰

Dr. Lentini and Anita both did a wonderful job making sure my dental work was comfortable and well done. Their professional demeanor and kind words showed that I was an important part of their workday. I appreciate that the staff all spoke respectfully to each other and seemed to get along well. The person administering the numbing shots did a great job too. Smiles of Chattanooga was a great referral for someone new to the area; and I see why they were recommended.

I’m almost finished with my Invisalign journey, and I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. Cassie and Dr. Erin have been incredibly supportive, informative, and truly wonderful every step of the way. They took the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure I always felt comfortable and confident. If you’re in the Chattanooga area and considering Invisalign or looking for a dentist who genuinely cares, I highly recommend them!

Update: I had a filling done with Renee today and she took such great care of me! I got to watch Netflix and the procedure was painless and so fast ! We are so grateful for smiles of chattanooga ! Cassie and Dr Lentini took amazing care of my husband during his appointment. He had 2 crowns done and he said the process was painless. We are so thankful for their hard work and dedication to his care ! And special thanks also to his hygienist Amy who does an excellent job with numbing for his procedures and also educating him on his oral care!
