As a previous patient of Dr. Boyles I looked forward to my visit with Skye Denistry with hopes of previous treatment and experience. My first time there the entire staff and Dr. Jackson were very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. I felt very comfortable there and Dr. Jackson went above and beyond my expectations. He’s very skilled, chill & transparent about your dental work. I highly recommend this place and I’m grateful to have their services available when needed.

Staff is extremely professional and kind. Easy to make appointments and have very little wait time. The dentist is very knowledgeable and makes sure to explain whats going on, he’s also very good at making sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I recommend anyone needing trustworthy dentist to come here.

First time there. Dr Jackson was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I really like and trust him. Look forward to his service for all my dental needs. He does extractions and root canal work. I will probably get an implant in a month or so.

DO NOT go to Skye Dentistry in Odessa with Dr Christopher Jackson. I took my son there and the two procedures that he did on my son BOTH FAILED. We went in for discomfort and food getting stuck in between 2 molars. When we first went in he said there was nothing there’s to really be worried about and to focus on a different tooth that needed a root canal. Of course we listened to him as he is the "professional" and went his route. The temporary cap they put came off and broke 3 times within hours of being put on. Then come to find out the root canal he did failed so we had to go to an endodontist to get retreatment. He seemed to be genuinely upset that it failed and reimbursed my out of pocket for the root canal(1,068.50) which we appreciated but had to pay even more (2,462)at the endo. The other procedure he did was to try to help my son with the discomfort he was feeling in the first place. So he redid some fillings my son had. And my son complained he was still feeling pain after that procedure and I let the dentist know. He said himself it was either from what he did (going too deep) or radiating pain from a tooth nearby but he felt it was radiating pain from the other tooth. Again we listened to him. My son then ends up crying from pain and needing to go to an ER at 3am while out of town without parents for the first time for his 18th birthday. After Ubering to ER and 24hr pharmacy and not getting back to his Airbnb until 7am and I took him to a dentist here in Midland they say it’s not the tooth the Dr Jackson said was radiating pain but one of the tooth’s that we originally went in to get checked out. He used up all our dental benefits plus 698 (not including what he did reimburse) in out of pocket cost and then we have had to pay 4,136 to fix the issues. Plus the ER room bill(we have not received but bcbs app is showing we’ll need to pay 1,547). Called Dr Jackson to let him know what happened and all he said was he was sorry.

Dr Jackson and staff are awesome, I had the most horrible toothache one morning, they got me in within 2 hours, and as soon as I got there, they got me some pain relief going and I felt nothing while he extracted that ‘hot’ tooth. Would recommend them to any and all my friends and family.

As a patient at Skye Dentistry I have always gotten the best care and the staff are always so kind to me. They are always so gentle with my mouth. I WOULD Absolutely recommend this office and if I could I could give this office a bigger review I would they are awesome!!!
