First of all going to a new office is definitely intimidating, but no worries here. The receptionist was very welcoming and the check in process was painless. We were seen by/before our appointment time, which was amazing. My teenage daughter is very shy and concerned about her acne but doesn’t communicate well with us. The professional advice was very helpful. She actually opened up and completely agreed after the Dr and nurse left the room. We have a plan! Yea!! My listening to Dr Baker and his team helped us to understand what we have done wrong and what we should do in the future. Glad we were able to get a follow up soon to check on her progress.

Highly recommend! Dr. Baker has a wonderful presence and he has a very professional demeanor. He is very thorough. He listens and explains things very well. Great treatment for my issues. Dr. Baker has treated my family for years and is absolutely wonderful! My daughter has psoriasis and struggled with various treatments until she went to Dr. Baker. He took time with her, answered her questions and was able to successfully control her psoriasis. He and his staff are terrific and I simply cannot say enough good things about him!!

I am 63 and went for a general skin check. Dr. Baker was referred to me by a friend after I'd experienced a traumatic and troubling visit with another dermatologist where I felt rushed and dehumanized. It was such a breath of fresh air to experience a visit with Dr Baker after that! At his office, I was treated with dignity, kindness and caring, starting when I called to make an appointment and continuing throughout my visit and during check-out. Dr Baker took the time to get to know me before starting the exam and also talked about ways I can be pro-active regarding my skin care. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. During the exam, he always told me what he was about to do. I felt confident in his thoroughness and knowledge, and his and his staff's treatment of me as a person was really stellar.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Baker. I expected to be seen only for my current rash and was pleasantly surprised to be asked if I would like to have a thorough exam to follow up on my numerous other dermatological issues including history of 2 melanomas, 2 basal cells, and skin changes due to Lupus and Sjogren's. He was very thorough and I found his advice to be helpful. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. My compliments go to his staff as well for their organizational skills and friendliness. I highly recommend Dr. Baker to anyone with skin issues.

Great environment! Love my dermatologist. He listens to your concerns and help you find the right treatment needed. I use to have very large cyst that swells my entire face. The cyst were very painful to the touch. I hated going out in public and caused me to have low self esteem. Dr. Baker prescribed the right treatment for me which now led me to have clear skin. He really took time to listen to me. I am so grateful I found Dr. Baker and very happy with my results. Thank you so much Dr. Baker!

Made an appointment to see the good doctor and was given an appointment for sometime in the not too distant future but then some days later, the office called me with an even better date to see Dr. Eric Baker because of a cancellation. I knew right then that the office staff is on the ball. Went to my appointment and every person employed there was genuinely polite, friendly, and considerate. Saw Dr. Baker and liked him right off the bat. He is thorough, communicates very well what he observes and no pitch or pressure to have this done or that done. Dr. Baker is my dermatologist of record from that day on. Just one last comment, I had a question following the appointment and contacted the office and within little time, I received a very kind phone call from them. So add responsive to the list of good things to say about the practice.
