I highly recommend booking an appointment today! I am consistently impressed by the compassion, intelligence, and empathy demonstrated by the staff at Skin Solutions, and their willingness to truly listen to your concerns. I have visited three of their clinics, and while Theresa Bailey is my preferred/favorite provider, I also have a particular appreciation for one of their receptionists, Kaitlyn in Franklin, whom I believe to be one of the KINDEST individuals I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Her radiant demeanor is truly memorable and even uplifting over the phone. Every team member I have encountered here consistently goes above and beyond to assist, which is truly exceptional. My skin condition presents significant challenges, and I am incredibly grateful for this team's expertise and supportive care. Thank you sincerely.

Had my first visit yesterday, and they were very sweet and attentive. The lady at the front desk was so sweet to me and explained what I needed to bring and wasn't rude at all. My nurse was super nice, and my doctor was so chill! He fixed a problem with my swollen lymph node in one day, compared to my primary care doctors who didn't give me a clue before. Thank you guys!

Yesterday was only my second appointment at Skin Solutions. It was for an annual, full-body scan along with addressing two areas of concern. I was greeted immediately upon entering by a friendly young woman at the front desk, checked in, and sat in the waiting room. They were running a little bit behind, so my wait was about 20 minutes. However, I am surprised that they weren't further behind. Why do I say that? Because the entire time I was back in the room, either with the tech/nurse or the provider, I never once felt rushed. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained what they were doing with patience. I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience and rwill definitely be a return patient. Based on this, I definitely recommend this location.

What a wonderful experience I had! I seen Teresa Bailey and she was amazing and her nurse was just as wonderful. The whole staff went over and beyond for me. They all took their time with me, explained everything. It was overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with going to the doctors. 10 out 10!!

Excellent service! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great kindness and professionalism. Nurse Practitioner Teresa Bailey and her assistant took extraordinary care of me. I felt right at home, and they helped me with my injury. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Hunter Day and her team are legit. Went in with questions, got booked for a procedure. The procedure was quick and went well. Also, her stitch work was fantastic. They were kind and informative, which helped calm my nerves. She even asked if I wanted to play music regardless of the type and whether or not it was the edited version lol (we listened to Let God Sort Em Out 💪🏾). Highly recommend Hunter Day!

Dr. Hunter Day is extremely awesome and very attentive to our concerns. We love going to see her. She has worked with my son’s problematic acne for a year and we have seen tremendous progress. When we need a last minute appointment she is able to fit us in right away. Definitely recommend this doctors office
