I was a loyal client of Cecilee's for nearly two years, trusting her with my skin and investing a lot of money in her services and the Face Reality products she sells. At first, things seemed to improve, but over time, my acne kept coming back. In addition to that she diagnosed me with fungal acne and had me using anti-dandruff shampoo on my forehead, which only made things worse after a while. The turning point came when I had to cancel an appointment due to a canceled flight while out of state. I messaged her 24 hours in advance while still at the airport. Despite my loyalty, she refused to make any exception to her 48-hour cancellation policy and charged me $90 (half her service fee) on an old debit card I didn't even know she still had on file.
