My issue is not with the facility or the staff. I've been going here for a few years and the visit interactions have always been very good. My issue is with the billing. There is always a substantial balance due after every visit. Most recently, the doctor told me that the Blue Light Treatment is now covered by insurance. But I have now paid $676 out of pocket for this procedure that was supposed to be "covered by insurance". I spoke with billing and was told the procedure is cosmetic and is not covered. I like the facility, but I don't like being given incorrect information. I would not have had this procedure had I known the cost upfront.

Had a wonderful experience here. I made an appointment online and the scheduling and check in processes were very easy to use. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I had a laundry list of issues to address and expected to have to make a second appointment for a treatment I needed, but Dr. Soro managed to fit everything in for me while not rushing me in the least. She was very thorough and the entire staff was lovely from start to finish. They also did not try to sell me a single cosmetic product or procedure which has not been the case with other derms I have seen in the area. I will definitely be going back.

Highly recommend this practice. The office is pristine and the staff is professional, kind and accommodating. I stopped seeing my other doctor b/c I did not feel like they were being thorough or addressing my concerns. Dr. Brown caught several issues that were overlooked by another physician and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed or dismissed, and that is hard to find in this day and age.

Everything was great as always! Dr. Esther Z. was very kind and caring, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. A special thank you to Francheska, who was incredibly supportive and kind throughout my appointment. I truly felt well taken care of by the whole team!

Rebecca and Melinda are very sweet. Office personnel are friendly. Plenty of parking. Easy to find building. Beautiful office. Very clean.

I've been coming here for a little over 5 years, and Dr. Mary Endreson is the reason for that. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything. My stage 1A melanoma was diagnosed with her and she's been with me every step of the way now years later. Biopsies are a breeze and she is very personable. The staff is also amazing. I saw some bad reviews on here, but I've never had a bad experience. To each his own - but I'm grateful to have found a Dr like Mary.
