Natalie and her assistants are very nice and she cares about her patients. I enjoy being a patient of Natalie. She recently looked at a spot on my ear and shown some concern so ran some test to see what it is. They were very gentle looking at my ear.

My experience was good and always is. The staff are professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. I really like how they get you in quickly and out quickly. Amanda Cook is the best. She knows what she is doing and this gives me confidence in the treatments. I’d recommend her to anyone needing good skin care.

I have been very pleased with the care I’ve received from Victor Czerkasij and his staff. It’s rare to see a medical professional have such an uplifting and positive personality. You get the sense that he enjoys what he is doing, enjoys people and enjoys explaining and educating his patients. His staff have been with him for 10+ years and that tells you something. I switched from another practice in town because I always had to wait so long to be seen and felt like just a number. I don’t feel this way at all from this office and staff. I’m in and out in a reasonable amount of time and everyone is pleasant and thorough. Highly recommend Victor Czerkasij!

Amanda Cook is incredibly caring, thorough, and efficient, yet never makes you feel rushed. She truly takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure all concerns are addressed. Her approach genuinely reminded me of a time when doctors prioritized patient care rather than just moving through appts. It’s refreshing to find a physician who combines professionalism with compassion.

Victor treated my son who was diagnosed with alopecia about a year ago. We literally just went to our hopefully last appointment yesterday and we are so pleased with the results. He was so good with my 15 years old son and made him feel at easy at all times as well are his staff. They are all so friendly!

The doctors and nurses are fine. Knowledgeable, reasonably attentive, etcetera. The problem with this place is that they are essentially unreachable. Their phone system is quite literally broken. When you call, no matter what, you WILL be sent to someone's voicemail. Which, okay, that on its own is less than ideal but manageable IF you get a call back. Spoiler, you will not. They'll tell you they've tried calling you, but you won't get these calls. Your spouse won't get these calls. So good luck if you need to speak to someone outside of a scheduled appointment because you literally can't. I've brought this up to them several times and the response I've gotten has either been shrugs of complete indifference or some variation on "ah geez. That's frustrating. Shoot." So go somewhere else.

I Absolutely Love Amanda Cooke! I've been her patient 15 years💕 I'd sing her praises all day. Although she's extremely busy and sometimes quick she always is courteous! We've been through malignant melanoma in 2018 with Dr Valle.. She is Amazing!
