Delicious food, amazing staff in a very cozy and pretty space! Our waitress was amazing and showed us how to eat the food in the authentic way, amazing experience! I had the Bibimbap hot stone bowl and it was delicious! Loved it and want to go back to try different dishes!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Amazing authentic, delicious Korean cuisine (one of the best restaurants in the area). Owners and staff so kind with wonderful care and service. Great Vernon Hills location and their decor is modern and clean. A must visit and highly recommend!

We’re regulars here and usually have great experiences, which is why today was a little disappointing. Near the end of my meal, I found a hair in my stone pot bibimbap. Since I was almost finished, I didn’t make a big deal out of it and wasn’t trying to place blame. I understand these things can be hard to trace sometimes. What I didn’t love was how the manager handled it. He explained that the kitchen staff all have short, dark hair and implied it was most likely my own hair. That may be possible, but the way it was presented didn’t feel very reassuring from a customer’s perspective. Hair can come from different points in the process, not just one. I wasn’t asking for compensation—just a more customer-focused response. Because of this experience and how it was handled, I’m giving 3 stars this time instead of my usual higher rating. I hope it’s handled a little better next time.

"Don’t hesitate" to try Korean food at this place, even if you’re not sure. It’s an incredible place to experience Korean comfort food and general deliciousness. Everything is perfectly cooked, quickly delivered, and incredibly fun to eat. The unlimited mouthwatering sides are to die for, and the atmosphere is simple and friendly. The price is also very affordable in today’s food scene. The service is beyond excellent. Always my go-to when l'm in Vernon Hills.

We are frequent diners here. Food is always great with generous portions. Our favorites are soon dubu jjigae, stone bibim bop, and the bentos. Service is excellent. The only thing I would love to change is the noise level (the ambient noise is quite loud). Otherwise, we love this place!

First time here!! My hunny & I went on a chilly Saturday evening in search of something warm & filling. We were not dissapointed!! When we arrived, it was fairly packed, but we were seated right away. We ordered gyoza for an appetizer & oh my goodness, those were bomb. Nice & crispy 👌 taste was delicious. We both got the combination soondubu jjigae. Ugh, it was soooo good 😩 it was alllll so good. Love the side dishes. The soondubu was VERY filling. I chose ramen noodles while he went with udon. I liked the ramen, will try udon next time. There WILL be a next time!! 😁😁

Always a reliable spot for a good meal. The budae jjigae sundubu and dolsot bibimbap never disappoint, and the mushroom sundubu I tried this time was pretty good. The staff are also very friendly.
