SEPHORA at Kohl's

I was here today. I did report to the manager. But I was not happy. I came in here to buy gifts card. I was approaching the checkout. And hanging up the phone. One of the girls called the other employee and they both looked at me up and down. And then said can I help you?. I knew instantly that they thought I was stealing. Just cause someone is on there phone doesn’t mean they are stealing. Crazy and I bought a 100 dollar gift card. I do not appreciate it. I will not come back here. Horrible situation that Happend.

Absolutely amazing service from Uyen. Such great service that I called the store back and wanted her name so I could leave this review. She was very polite, professional and literally helping EVERYONE all over the store as well as the register. The way she was talking to other customers and giving them great options and the questions she was asking made me want to wait around JUST so I could talk to her and get help from her. I came in clueless and after her, I left with 4 high-end products. I am very happy with my purchase and how knowledgeable and helpful Uyen was for me and everyone else in the store. WOW! Thank you so much!!! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

A young lady there named Noor, she was so kind and helped me find skin care that is healing my acne that I've had now for several years. So helpful and so sweet, genuinely wanted me to have a product that would help me and not just trying to upsell me. I hope you guys give her some recognition for her efforts, 🙂 Normally I am an Ulta shopper, but I think I might switch now to Sephora.

If I could give no stars.... I would! Went to this location 5/8/22. I usually shop online but wanted to see shades of contour I was thinking about getting. I had great service from two of the workers on the floor but what really made me mad was the blonde cashier working who lied about finding my Sephora account to add my points for a $103 purchase. The three times I've been to this location before they have had problems looking me up but always manage to find me. I asked if there was a way to scan my sephora app for my account and the girl associate told me no which I found out later is a lie. After attempting to look me up, she finally said she found me and then just wrote me off at the end. Didn't tell me my points, or ask if I wanted to get something with my points. Just handed me my bag and said here you go and looked on to the next customer. I am in sales and that was an awful way to handle a customer. Not to mention, if you can't figure something out then you should get the manager and not lie. Will no longer be going to this location. Would much rather buy online or just go to Ulta.

This Sephora NEVER has anything. They are always out of everything. If you ask a worker to check their stock, they continuously tell you they have been out since they received the product. If Sephora is going to be located inside a Kohls they should be able to keep up with stock or close this location.

I had a horrible experience at Sephora they always say that all stuff are in a local sephora but at local sephoras they says it doesn't matter and on. We tried using the deals and rewards but they still don't allow it claiming its only online when it literally says in store and online, they don't give free samples or anything they say, they told us to use the Kohls app for those sephoras and we did but still they said the same things, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Very bad service.

3rd time coming here. first 2 times for a specific product they state they don't carry, yet ALL other locations do. Then today find what I want but they don't accept your sephora credit card ?!?! What is the point of this location if it can't function like every other one? I'll just to to the fully functioning locations from now on.
