It was pretty busy, but everyone was absolutely amazing. Richard took his time with me and explain the products. Explain how they would look on me, which would look good in, which would not. He is absolutely amazing. Super nice person.! The only downside is that Sephora changed the formula to their coral sunset lipstick; it now comes on matte and dry not at all like the original formula. I loved that original formula.

went to pick up order and no one could help me.I went up to the first worker at the door she says for me up up to register, no one came I waited 5-10 minutes workers kept walking around never came to check on me to see they could help.No one came ,super busy atmosphere not enough workers per customers.I don't have all night to wait!!

I have come multiple times to this get matched and each time, the color ends up being wrong. It’s either too dark or too light and the representatives have not been helpful at all. I understand that it could be there lighting at the store, but it everyone who has tried to help me has done a horrible job matching me. I am beyond frustrated.

Trying to utilize a promotional credit card special they advertise. Which seems to bait you in with a 25% discount on your first order. Remember it's a first order & one time discount. The store was out of stock on 2 items. So they suggested going home and ordering online. Placing an order online did not work. Because they wanted another payment method. I just received their card. Indicating you can use it on your 1st purchase. Call customer service the next day. The online representative instructed me to go to the store and make the purchase. Which did not make sense because the store said to go home and do it. After going back and forth,. A supervisor was able to place half of my order. Then stated wait 10 days before you can purchase the remaining items from your order. What a bogus mess. The reason you go to a retailer is to purchase your items and leave with them. Not to be bounced around, then come back over a week later to see about obtaining them. POORLY MANAGED ..... Update: had to go back to the store. As you would expect, nothing worked. The manager came, called sephora office. After waiting additional 20 minutes we finally git our order. WHAT A MESS.

Only two registers and Super long lines. Most employees are nice but I’ve been forgotten several times and sometimes I need help and there’s available. It’s a hit and a miss

Edward was amazing!!! He was very welcoming when I entered the store and was very sweet. He showed me the Givenchy Foundation and went I showed him a picture of of me getting my makeup professionally done; he showed me a foundation so close to it that I was seriously impressed. I normally don’t buy high end brands but he convinced me and gave great advice! Thank you Edward for your service!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful I could not find what I wanted sadly I will definitely be back
