Poor service at this Sephora!!! I went to this location on 3/20/2023 around 215p to do a return.. I don’t recall the associate wearing a name tag but I remember her unpacking boxes. She stopped to help me when she noticed I was returning an item. I asked a couple questions about returns and exchanges.. when she started to get annoyed and making faces at me.. I asked if they carried rolling in love perfume by Killian and she frowned her face and said no.. and she didn’t offer to order it for me because she was too busy in my face smelling the apple brandy perfume that I was returning to make sure I didn’t replace it with something else.. I thought she was rude and I was embarrassed.

I love this store. I went midweek as a treat for passing a big exam and the ladies there were so friendly and enthusiastic about makeup. I had the best time, and really enjoyed talking to them about different products. I then went back c.2 weeks later while a friend got her laptop fixed at the Apple Store. They recognized me, were super welcoming, and helped me sample different foundations. I can't wait to go back in again for my birthday!

If you enjoy makeup and skincare and haircare as a person then this place is for you. They carry not only their own affordable line of products butany others that are both affordable end as well as luxury brands. The online choices and free shipping and easy returns make it a great place to find unique beauty items easier.

Hannah was such a great help! She found my foundation and concealer colors in first try, and recommended great products. Definitely going back! They also didn’t stereotype and treat me like a thief. Thank you!

They get one star for wide selection but I went in when there were about as many workers as there were customers and was ignored. I asked for help and was told help with eye shadow would take 2.5 hours. I left unhappy because the answering machine even says stop in. I felt unwelcome and took my money to Bare minerals where they were amazing and I spent 170 bucks. I came ready to spend money and they didn't want it. That's cool, I am now a bare minerals girl and won't go to Sephora again.

Great customer service, and the staff was very friendly. I found what I needed and checked out. Turns out the checkout process was double the time that it too me to get my eyeliner. The total was $15.12. I gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill then was about to give her 12 cents so I could get a 5 dollar bill back(instead of having loose cash and change). She said she was unable to do that because they "only count the bills." I tried explaining that she's going to have the same exact amount of money still in her drawer. She had absolutely no idea what I meant. So whoever is the manager of this place, you should teach some basic math and explain when the total is $15.12, and $20.12 is given, it's ok to give a $5 bill as change.

Me and my girlfriend went because she wanted makeup and people were all going in the drawers to find what they needed. I figured this was commonplace and did the same. Me and her were the only ones who got yelled at and made example of in the entire store. The manager wasn’t wearing a name tag and didn’t give her name(All I know is it was at 2:30 on a Saturday). We tried moving on from this and still continued our shopping until she continued to follow us all around the store and questioned what we needed every turn we took. After that we decided to just leave because we’ve never had to deal with such things at ulta. Also wanna point out that my girlfriend was the only Hispanic woman in the store as well so it felt motivated for sure. Especially the fact that people were still doing it after we got yelled at, still nothing was said.
