SEPHORA

i never shop at sephora since i’m an ulta girlie, but i wanted to try a product from Patrick Ta. my friend needed help figuring out which shade would best suit her so she asked an employee. the employee was in the front of the store, blonde, and when she approached her the employee made it seem like she didn’t want to walk over to our section. she wanted to stay in the front and when we asked if she can come with us she didn’t say anything and just started walking. when my friend explained she needed help with a shade, the employee just agreed and told her whatever shade and then left. didn’t help us AT ALL, and the "help" was two words and 3 seconds. then at the counter after that horrible customer service, the cashier had an attitude problem. i’m always very nice to those who are working, i greet them and say goodbye after the transaction. this cashiers words were very short, she didn’t talk, and handed my bag without saying a word. my friend was next in line and the same experience happened with her. but the employee was so much more bubbly when she was talking to a coworker that passed by. i’ll never go to a sephora again after that experience in one trip with two employees. Ulta employees are WAYYY more helpful and they always have amazing attitudes.

Joanna was of great help, she got out of her way to give me my curbside order quicker since I was already there, I greatly appreciate the awareness, clearness and customer service overall from this Sephora despite it being busy.

The staff is nice but the store is chaotic. Spare yourself and order your items online, about a 3-5 days before you run out. It took 15:05 min to check out on a Sunday during lunch. Also, who let the (clearly non service) dogs in?

I really needed help with both hair and skin care and Selina was a life changer. She exposed me to k18 and was just so endearing and genuine with her guidance and direction, helping me find just exactly the kind of care line I was looking for. I’m so excited to have some new, now favorites, to add to my regimen!

Why is it always so loud in this specific location? Non of other Sephoras I’ve ever been to all over the country have the music blasting this loud! Employees never turn down the volume (not sure if they’re allowed), I literally can’t hear my own thoughts when I’m here. Avoiding this location from now on!

I went in today and asked for help and some lady i believe her name was Tina denied me even tho she was clearly not doing anything and looking around and had to wait for someone else to assist me meanwhile she went back to walking around
