Had an appointment past the 15 minutes grace period came 5 minutes after understandable there's a standard but at the same time it was my baby shower they only offered me 30 minutes either do the eyes or complexion. There's no mercy with the manager and the makeup artist Chasada. Keep my face simple but do my eyes nice. No no no. On Valentines day or Saturdays why do they only have one artist? Luckily I went to the avalon and the stylist squeezed me in and manually finished a 90 minute job into 1hr and 5 minutes like was that so hard to do it even said ill tip her extra to Ms Chasada but she had the most nastiest attitude ever avoiding all eye contact as she spoke with me and had a nonchalant tone. Just impolite

I came in June 2025 but I had to let a comment ! I was looking for the danessa myricks balm foundation but didn’t know my shade. The lady who took care of me did a skin analysis on me. Which I was skeptical at first but it turned out accurate ! She found the right shade for me and I agreed with all the skin analysis results. Thank you it was such a nice experience. (I’m from Europe and they don’t have this service yet)

Chasada my makeup artist was AMAZING! Beautiful with a great spirit and very knowledgeable of the products, she made me look very soft and natural. She was not pushy with selling me things but I comfortably spent around $300 just because of her authenticity . I will be back very soon!

Love Sephora! They have so many brands that I can't find anywhere else. Many perfumes and colognes that I want to smell! I could spend all day in this store. I recently purchased some Merit products and I want to try more , Sephora is the only store that carries it. Same with brands like Makeup by Mario, Fenton and Patrick Ta. I also love the Sephora brands products.

Had a great experience with Tati and Jamiylah yesterday. My mother and I came in specifically for the Tarte Maracuja tinted moisturizer but it'sno longer carried in-store. Tati was able to recommend other great options that my mother took samples of to try. She doesn't like a heavy foundation. I wanted something super lightweight and Jamiylah recommended Milk Hydro. She used the machine to color match me. I tried it and bought it. Not all of the employees were as welcoming at this location but we got really excellent customer service from the both of these ladies.

Weeks ago I booked my teenage daughter a make up lesson. We received multiple confirmation emails and texts as recently as this morning. Four hours before our appointment time (in the window I would have been charged a cancellation fee) Sephora cancelled because the artist was leaving at 5:00 and our appointment was for 6:30. I explained we really only had today to make this work, and I was shrugged off by the fairly rude and dismissive employee who called to let me know they were cancelling. No attempts to make it right except to tell me to try Avalon, which is booked.

The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. It seemed like there were too many young employees who were more focused on talking to each other or stocking shelves than actually helping customers. For example, while I was in the NARS section, a sales associate stood stocking concealers for at least two minutes without acknowledging me. I finally had to say, "excuse me, can I get to the section to purchase a concealer?" She moved but still never offered assistance. As I continued through the store, no one asked if I needed help—not me, and not anyone else I saw shopping. It felt like stocking and socializing were more important than customer service. At checkout, the cashier asked if anyone had helped me. I said no, and while she apologized, it didn’t make up for the poor experience. To make matters worse, despite spending $400, I wasn’t offered a single sample. For a brand that prides itself on beauty expertise and service, this experience fell far below expectations
