Ordered the spicy braised beef ribs — super tender, flavorful, and loaded with rice cakes, pumpkin, and cheese. Great value for the price, especially compared to Sunnongdan. The grilled beef patty was juicy with a nice char and a slightly sweet sauce. Loved the spicy octopus rice bowl — chewy octopus, rich sauce, and very addictive. Plenty of banchan to balance the meal. Service was friendly and attentive with frequent check-ins and refills. Would definitely come back!

Tried this restaurant with couple friends for lunch and it was perfect. Oxtail mixed with suyuk is a must order dish. The portion is really big and it served 4-5 ppl. We also order the beef ribs and they were really good and not pricey at all. The restaurant is new and it’s really clean. The servers were friendly and tried to go not at peak hours.

Wednesday, the kids got out of school early. After a quick stop at Trader Joe’s, we were just looking for an easy lunch, but we ended up stopping at Seoul Haus. Once we walked in, we were a little surprised—the place was almost full, and most of the customers were speaking Korean. That’s usually a good sign. Spicy Braised Short Ribs came out still bubbling. The ribs were very tender, spicy but not overwhelming, and full of flavor. Even the rice cakes were well soaked. For $28.99, the portion was perfect for two people. We also ordered a bone broth soup and BBQ combo. It was great for kids and made choosing easy—you get both soup and meat in one set. The soup tasted like it had been simmered for hours, rich but not greasy, especially good with purple rice. The pork cutlet was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The sizzling BBQ stone bowl came out hot with a nice crispy bottom. The spicy beef soup was flavorful, not too oily, and gently spicy. The banchan came with a good variety and refills, and everything paired well with the main dishes. The owner stopped by to chat for a bit and was very friendly. You could tell they really care about the food and cleanliness. The space is clean and spacious, with plenty of parking. If you’re in Chino Hills and want a reliable, good-value Korean meal that locals actually go to, this is a place I’d come back to.

Visited Seoul Haus in Chino Hills on a weekday and still waited about 20 minutes, totally worth it though, as everything from the tender, sweet-spicy cheese galbi stew to the crispy pork cutlet and flavorful ox bone soup tasted just as authentic as K-Town, definitely recommend it to anyone who loves korean food

Loved the taste of my hot pot octopus rice and the spicy ribs What I didn’t like is the portion for the spicy beef rib, $28 for medium size, for 4 piece spicy ribs, with bite size meat on bones, bones look good but it’s not edible. Flavor is one of the best I’ve tasted, value not getting to my par UPDATE Based on rib prices from Costco, I'd say it's pretty reasonable here, thus raising to full stars

After a long hike, we were craving some Korean BBQ and decided to give this place a try. We thought it would be a good pick, and while the food was tasty, the portions were such a letdown—especially for the price. Let me start with the soup I ordered. It was a rice cake soup, and honestly, it lived up to its name… barely. There were only a few tiny pieces of rice cake floating in there, which just felt so cheap. The soup itself tasted great, but come on, where’s the substance? The meat dishes were no better—just a few small pieces that left us wondering if we’d accidentally ordered off a kid’s menu. Every dish we tried had decent flavor, but the portions were ridiculously small compared to what they were charging. Most dishes were over $20, and honestly, it felt like we were getting maybe $5 worth of food. I get that good food can come with a price tag, but this place takes it to another level. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re left feeling like you’ve been shortchanged. Tasty food or not, the portions need to match the price. Definitely not somewhere I’d rush back to.
