Excellent It was my first visit with Sapphire following my old dentist (also excellent) selling his practice to Litton. Litton doesn’t take Delta insurance and was planning to charge over 2.5x what Delta paid for my last visit. My experience with Sapphire began with Diane at the front desk, who was kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Just great to talk to. My cleaning and X-rays were done by Meredith. She was awesome! What could be an uncomfortable task at best she managed to make enjoyable with her personality and attitude. Dr Gomez was also great, taking the time to talk and discuss my needs, not at all rushed. Honestly just a great place all the way around. Thank You!

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Gomez is not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind and patient . He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes sure you feel completely comfortable every step of the way. His staff is equally amazing ! warm, organized, and attentive. Whether it’s a routine cleaning, Invisalign, or something more complex, I’ve always felt confident that I’m in the best hands. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Gomez and his team to anyone looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion. I’m so grateful to have found them!

I was very skeptical after having to leave my long time dentist about trusting anyone….after meeting Dr Gomez and his assistant Johnathan I had two major dental procedures done. I enjoyed their personalities which seemed to be very relaxed and happy at their work. It’s hard to learn to trust but I assure you that I have come to trust them. And I would like to mention the office manager - she is so very kind and friendly. I would recommend this office to my friends and family.

My experience at Sapphire Creek Dental as a new patient was phenomenal. All of the staff was friendly and the environment was very welcoming and comfortable. My hygienist Meredith Mixter was very kind and forthcoming about my dental health and the practices I needed to uphold to maintain my dental hygiene. I've been going to Sapphire Creek Dental for a few years now and this place is amazing. The staff is so friendly, Marina is my favorite person to see and chat with whenever I go! They take time to explain everything they're going to do, before they do anything and have such a gentle touch. Sapphire Creek Dental makes having dental/orthodontic work done a breeze. Love it here and will never go anywhere else!

To be very transparent, I absolutely despise the dentist on all fronts. I have spent my life disliking dentists for a handful of reasons. However, when you find a dentist, that absolutely is wonderful and incredible. You have to let everyone else know about how amazing they are the entire staff from Dr. Gomez, Marina, Diane and everyone else there are absolutely incredible. They are one office that I can genuinely say I do not mind going to the dentist and that says something. Six stars out of five, and 11 out of 10 without a doubt. If you’re looking for a dentist in the San Antonio area, definitely pick the phone up and go see them. It is absolutely worth your time and you will not regret it, hands-down!
