I had a great experience with Dr Frucht's. He explained everything and was very thorough... Also just a very pleasant person. Their office is very clean and accessible and the staff was great.

Dr. Corey Frucht is great. I spent a lot of time in the sun in my youth and need a careful and thorough evaluation 1 or 2 times a year and Dr. Frucht spent enough 1 on 1 time to check everything out and freeze anything that looked remotely funny. I felt like I was in competent hands and glad I found his office after my regular dermatologist retired.

Dr Frucht and his staff are the best. Listened to my concerns, explained things well and it was great that I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Have recommended him to many others

I’ve been going to Santa Barbara Skin Care for 20+ years. Their care, systems, and customer service continue to improve and they started of really good. From scheduling to check in, to the exam, to billing it’s a smooth kind experience.

Overall, a very bad experience for a number of reasons: - The provider that I saw (Dr. Frucht) did not do a good job with "bedside manner" as I was addressing a skin concern that was linked to a lot of emotional distress. He also was also in a rush and made me feel stupid for asking more clarifying questions. It was obvious that he just wanted to leave the room as fast as possible. - The front office staff were rude over the phone and in person - They did not respect my time and wanted me to come into the clinic an inefficient/unnecessary amount of times for the logistical things that needed to be done. They also gave me incorrect information that caused me to have to come back in for an additional appointment, which was completely avoidable if there had been clear and correct communication - They called me three separate times to ask me the same question that they asked me at my last appointment, but apparently failed to write down - The communication among staff members was bad, so I was getting different information/instructions from different people, and some of it was incorrect - They require all their tests to be done in an official laboratory (for example, a pregnancy test for accutane treatment) which means a separate trip to the lab in addition to coming in for appointments, whereas other clinics do not require this and will do certain tests such as a pregnancy test in clinic so you don't have to make a separate visit to the lab Essentially, this practice lacks professionalism, which negatively affected every aspect of my experience. I would leave almost every visit in tears. And they made my treatment process logistically way harder than it needed to be. I had to advocate for myself at every step of the way and be on top of things in order to make sure my treatment was progressing as it should have. After experiencing care at a different clinic, I can say that the difficulties I encountered here were entirely unnecessary.

Always a good experience. I have been seeing Claire Wiswall for almost 3 years now. Every six months. She makes you feel comfortable, safe and informed.

Wonderful experience with Dr frucht and his assistant. They took care of me right away so kind patient and professional five stars,!!!!
