Licensed professional here! I absolutely love shopping at salon centric my experience yesterday with this location and staff yesterday was less than enjoyable. I called because I had questions and I continuously kept getting hung up on the woman who was answering the phone kept hanging up on me acting like she couldn’t hear me. I genuinely thought something was wrong with my phone. I called one final time and was placed on hold for 5-10 minutes for no one to ever get back on the line to service me. Seriously do better.

I grabbed some things, and when I got to checkout, I was told my account was frozen or something, and I had to call corporate or something? Nobody answered cause they weren't open on the weekends. Luckily, the ladies were nice enough to ring me up another way, which was really helpful since I live over 6 hours away. 🤗🤗🤗

Recently visited this location. This is my 2nd time here within 6 months and both times I have not been greeted when I first walk in. During this visit, I asked for the price check on a dermalogica kit set that didn't have a price on it. The girl I asked to check the price acted like she didn't want to. The manager i assume came over to help her and she stated the price should've been on the sign, but it wasn't or obviously i wouldn't ask for the price. She was just rude to me. One young lady did ask me if i needed help, she was light skin with curly hair. Other than her, the other two ladies, they're rude and act like you're bothering them when you ask them questions. I spent over $100 at this store and for me not to receive adequate customer service is ridiculous. I'll be going to the other location.

I have always had a great experience. Staff always willing to help when I ask for recommendations, fast check out, and friendly when I walk in to walking out.

I walked in the other day having it only be my second time into the store. The power was off when I walked in yet several employees just stared at me as I walked in. I gave them a very confused look as to why the power was out yet no one said a thing. Confused I walked using my flashlight to find what I needed. No one came to help me and yet they all just stood at the front desk. When I finally found what I needed I stood at the checkout for a good 2 minutes with other another guest before they even acknowledged me. You really need to acknowledge people and help them out especially when whatever problems you're dealing with cause me to have to use my flashlight. Very unprofessional.

Hate that online prices don't match in store prices. Hate that store prices increased. Did not leave happy today. One employee couldn't have cared less about my concerns today either. Definitely not the treatment I'm used to.
