I am so happy I booked Salon Tryst for my wedding. Most other places I looked at charged more for make up than Salon Tryst charges for make-up and hair. I really appreciated that Salon Tryst does on site hair and make up for as few as two people. I let my bridesmaids choose if they wanted to have hair and make-up done, which they appreciated. I booked Salon Tryst over email and was impressed how quickly they responded. They answered all my questions and made the process painless. On the day of the wedding my stylists, Leah and Anna, arrived precisely on time. It was so much fun having them in the room while we were getting ready. They joked and laughed with us while maintaining their professionalism. They listened to everyone’s ideas for looks and adjusted if the final product was not what someone envisioned. Everyone was done on time and the whole process was relaxed and fun. I would highly recommend Salon Tryst, specifically Leah and Anna, to anyone in the Bellingham area looking for a wedding stylist. So. I used to not care who i got my haircuts from. They looked good enough for me. Well let me tell you when that changed. It changed when I had my haircut by Anna Scheib. Let me tell you. I went in with this idea of the haircut i wanted. It felt like she literally read my mind. It was better than what I envisioned. I will continue to go back here as LONG as they are in business. Their COVID practices are absolutely flawless as well. They are not just following the letter of the law, but also the spirit of the law to make sure people are safe. I really appreciate that. Tart Beauty went above and beyond our expectations!!! They arrived early, fully prepared and made the morning fun and exciting. Leah & Anna gave suggestions and insight into our looks which was truly appreciated! They are the most experienced professionals that I have dealt with. And we had quite a group!! (12 people for them to take care of before my wedding). My family, friends, and guests kept raving about our hair and makeup throughout the day. Leah & Anna were easy to get ahold of and always communicative before the big day. I would recommend them AND use them again in an instant! Thank you Tart Beauty!! I've been battling my eyebrows for quite a while now, and thanks to Nicole I finally feel comfortable with myself. Also, it's a known fact that waxing hurts, and when she sugared my eyebrows, it was the smoothest feeling. It didn't hurt at all! She also does hair that looks amazing! Tart Beauty is hands down the best in the business! They are the only ones I allow to do my hair and makeup. They have been in business for over 10 years and its no surprise. They have done all of my friends hair and makeup for our high school dances. They were the first vendor I booked as soon as my husband proposed. They are very connected with the Bellingham Wedding Vendors, ask any reputable photographer who they would recommend for hair and makeup and I guarantee, if they are established, they will know that Tart Beauty is the best.
