I stopped in to buy a pumice stone and had an unpleasant experience with the cashier with the greasy purple hair. She was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. My two-year-old touched a hairspray near the front of the store, which seemed to irritate her how she shoved my receipt to me. Overall, the customer service was unwelcoming, and the store was dirty.

Customer service is horrible right now. We've been trying to place an order for the past 3 days and we get no response. Sally's needs to get more organized or you will lose your loyal customers.

Came to buy supplies at 745pm on wendsday store was closed says 9pm online

I went here today to buy some hair dye to make my hair lighter and the lady told me to get the wrong developer, she said it should be a higher developer for lighter hair. After taking her advice I noticed nothing changed with my hair turns out it should of been a lower developer! Wasted my money listening to her advice this isn't the first time I've been misled by someone working at sally's and I'm never going back there, these ppl suck and they don't know anything about the products they're selling.

The woman assisting me was so kind and helpful I spent less than 7minutes in the store I found what I needed quickly and was in and out! I love this place!!

Nice open space. Not as crammed in together as other Sallies. Limited on variety of products, but it does have the basics. I got what I needed and the staff was very adhering. Good service but needs more variety.

Great Employee who knew his job and very helpful. Store Was Clean and well lit with all products displayed well
