My first time going to Sally Beauty and it did not disappoint. I found all the items I was looking for which was great. The staff were friendly and amazing which makes it a much better experience. Definitely recommend a visit to Sally Beauty.

The Sally's right here is the best Sally's that I've ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. The two ladies Kelly and Tracy that went out of their way to help me are just as great as the other ladies that work here every time I come I've been coming here a year and they are the best so know that this is a place to go they have great customer service and they always have everything you need if not they will help you and anyway that they can. They make everything better 👏👏👌👍

I then going here a year and getting great service. Every time I go to get something whether it be nail stuff or her stuff it always is exactly what I want and very easy to get with the wonderful staff that helps me. 10 Stars no 5 ... 5 definitely not enough ... These people will help you get your goal of whatever hair color your to achieve done very easily. I went to go to describe what exactly I wanted and that how my hair was damaged cuz I dyed it five times in a week and this and that and they just stop me mid sentence and told me exactly what I needed checked me out at register said here ya go have a nice day ... and then BAMM BAM LIKE MAJIC BRO IT IS GREAT AS IT SOUNDS... and I walked out of there the next day my hair was exactly how I wanted because of them.

They will cancel your online order if u miss one day of pickup, regardless of weather issues and common sense. Thank you for wasting my birthday reward!

Emma was so nice, she took a lot of her own time to help me out and was super sweet, and then when I needed help getting a product she even helped me get the best one price and branding wise. Loved my experience at this Sally's!

I would rate it lower based on the employees... but I didn't because I only dealt with 1 employee. Based on that encounter it reflects poorly on the management. She was not knowledgeable about the current sale and she was not willing to let me speak with the store manager instead directing me to the corporate customer service number. She stated that it is what Pam the manager would do. I thanked her for the info and will take my concerns up with them. UPDATE.. just read other reviews here where that person has repeatedly given bad customer service. Glad I'm not the only one 🤷‍♀️

Pam sent me out the door today with everything I needed to attack this bronze yellow mess I have made of my hair (the DIY in me took over at the wrong time). She was extremely helpful with many tips and tricks to get to the color I want and suggested everything, even gloves. I am so happy she was here to help today. I will be back just to show her my results! Thank you Pam!
