I been to every Sally's and this is one that I have to write a review on.First of all the girls that work there are so nice and knowledgeable.Very friendly atmosphere.One worker named Dax was amazing.so patient with me not knowing how to achieve what I wanted. I went back a few times .I really felt like she went beyond to help me and that she actually cared .lShe was extremely knowledgeable Ask for Dax if you need any help .The store was neat and clean also . You will be happy at that location for all your beauty needs.

I have been shopping at Sally’s over 30+ years, everyone has always been very nice and helpful, but I have to say, Erin at this location was SUPER NICE, and very helpful. I live in Hampstead and will drive all the way there just because of her☺️

Mel was fabulous so helpful . She understands customer service. She took the time to look up items and helping me to find what I need . Mel was amazing and Sally's is lucky to have her. Thank you Mel for helping my with my hair needs !!

I want to shout out the lady that helped me tonight. She was so very helpful. I hope she’s there everytime i go back in. 100% would recommend her. Thank you again Erin for all your help!

The workers in there are all lovely, good stock of everything. Absolutely nothing to complain about with the workers and the store itself. I just went in there on a 30 degree day and it was absolutely freezing in there. I said something to the girl at the front and she apologized and said the heats been out for some time now. It was so cold I couldn’t handle being in there for no more than 15 mins. Sallys be better and treat your employees better. Noone should be forced to work in those conditions

I always get the best customer service here. They truly know their products and truly want to help you out. They always answer all my questions and are able to look at my hair and tell me what's best for it. Their is one woman who works there that I could talk to all day long and I know she would go right along and not complain one bit. She is extremely helpful. Wish I knew her name. Glad we have this in Monkey Junction.

This is a great store, and the employees working there were very knowledgeable! I walked in and Brittany assisted me right away and recommended a specific hair brush and make-up and I’m so pleased with all the products! Everything was perfect from the time I walked in the store to even using the products!!
