Royal Dental

After having a tooth pulled I was supposed to return for the implant. I left my deposit and was unable to get any type of receipt. I kept calling but they said it was temporarily closed for repairs. Then they said my dentist, Dr Broggi had moved to another office. They sent me an outrageous bill for the tooth pulling and ignored the fact that I had a balance. Now they won’t answer the phones or return calls. I’m seeing reviews that they are closed!! They literally stole my money and refused to return it!

6/20/23 ! I just had a tooth extraction and an implant put in. Dr Broggi is fantastic ! The procedure went smoothly and I felt no pain whatsoever. I actually had to ask him if he got the tooth out, since I didn’t feel him pull it. I was extremely nervous leading up to the procedure and Sharissa the office manager was invaluable to me . She was basically available to me 24/7 and she was wonderful at calming me down and telling me that I was in good hands with Dr Broggi. She had a wealth of information about the procedure and helped me understand what I can and shouldn’t do while the implant is healing. I normally don’t leave reviews but Dr Broggi and Sharissa are wonderful and I was very impressed with Royal Dental!

The staff at Royal Dental are very knowledgeable and thorough they exhibit a high level of professionalism but my praise was the patience and kindness that was afforded to me, and Al was a big part of that. Dr. Koval’s office is absolutely beautiful. The staff is so professional and friendly. It’s so hard these days to find anyone who genuinely cares. The communication is unmatchable to anywhere else I have been, trying to find a good orthodontist to treat me. I’m an adult, so to even make a decision to get braces took me several years to commit to. I just know I’m in such good hands and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, really. I’ve been to countless consultations and I know I made the right decision. Dr. Koval is such a wonderful, loving and most importantly knowledgeable orthodontist. I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I just had to! My daughter will be going here for her braces as well. Thank you so much Royal Dental for everything you do and continue to do to build my confidence back up with my smile.

This was my family’s third dentist since moving to florida. And by far this is best one. The front desk is amazing. They always answer the phone and return calls promptly. Sharrisa and Loren are very patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Belma the hygienist was so informative. Dr Broggi and assistant Sophie was straightforward and did not make up any unnecessary treatment. They have made accommodations for my husband with a mental illness. Thank you. You are truly Royal.

I am so grateful to have finally found a dentist that CARES about my teeth. There are so many dentists out there nowadays that are more like salesman trying to make you spend as much money as possible. But Dr Asadi is so caring, considerate, attentive, and respectful. Not sure if I spelled his name right, but it is pronounced Ah-sod-ee. His techniques are SO skilled, and he does efficient work. I highly recommend him!!!

Royal Dental is the BEST dental experience of my life. The office is clean, organized with a professional, courteous staff. I was BLESSED to have Dr. Edward Broggi and his assistant Joanne treat my dental issues with superior finess and results. I didn't know dentists like him existed. Finally a dentist that cares, gentle, great execution in his skills. Dr. Broggi is heaven sent. I HIGHLY recommend ROYAL DENTAL, Congress Ave in Boynton Beach.
