Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics of Arvada

First time at a Dentist appointment for my daughter’s following/check up to see how healthy her smile is and the experience was amazing. She felt very comfortable and was open to the people who were assisting her. Staff are welcoming and friendly. They were very helpful with the questions/concerns I had. Looking forward to seeing the staff for her next appointment!! 10/10

Cannot say enough good about them. They were fantastic. Professional, and attentive to a kid’s anxiety about the procedure. We came here after my son’s front teeth were injured during a fall. The Dr is phenomenal

The arvada office continues to exceed expectations and staff are super helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Came through in december for wisdom teeth extractions and today for some cavities. Both times went by painlessly and far quicker than i expected. I plan on returning.

My dental experience was great. I walked in with a referral for an endodontist evaluation. I was not expecting to be seen that day, but they quickly took me back, took X-rays, and I was seen shortly after. The office staff were polite and answered my questions without a hassle. The dental staff were also polite, understanding, and listened to my concerns.

I started taking my child here & they always seemed decent but then they would try to constantly over book rescheduling basic check up’s when I would inform Iwould call in when I would be able too, which got to be a bit much. Then I was concerned of my child’s jaw-seeking a tmj referral but they stated the orthopedic will be able to help with that & look into it. I got scheduled for a braces consultation & was not even wanting braces which the dr even said she didn’t feel they did need it as well. So I had to explain again I was only wanting to get a tmj specialist referral! During the consultation a very rude guy assistant pulled out his phone taking pictures of my child without explaining why. I asked if it was his personal cell phone or a company phone and he rudely stated ‘it is my personal phone and I have to take these pictures.’I simply asked who were they for or was it for the dentist he again just said it’s for this app and I just said I have never seen this before done. He walked out and called someone else stating I was questioning what the pictures are for so the lady came in and Explained it was for Medicaid and they do not have access to keep my child’s pictures in their personal phone. I appreciated her coming in to explain, but informed that is all he had to do without giving attitude or making it seem like I inconvenienced him with a concern. All in all, I just feel this company does not take consideration into their patients and will not return.

Totally satisfied with Rodeo Dental in Arvada. I’ve had a lot of work done with them over the past year, and they are always thorough and efficient. Love the fun atmosphere they create in the lobby. The staff is courteous and professional. I also appreciate the consistent reminders about upcoming appointments. Recommend.

First time visiting!! Cleaning was great! However the service was atrocious. Girl who cleaned my teeth did wonderful. Doctor and orthodontist however were not helpful. Just had simple questions and it took forever to get a straight answer. Will not be coming back. Great family place but not a friendly dentist office for adults.
