Riverchase Dermatology - North Port Bobcat Village

I had an excellent experience at Riverchase Dermatology with the entire staff. From the moment I arrived, the office was welcoming, professional, and efficient. Zarema took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I highly recommend Riverchase Dermatology to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate dermatologist.

I saw Thais Delgado and she is amazing. I had seen some reviews that said wait times at this office were long, I have to disagree, I waited maybe 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and efficient. I am glad I did not listen to the negative reviews. This was a great choice for me.

I am a new patient at Riverchase Dermatology and just had the best experience for my first visit. Thais Delgado, PA-C was amazing. So kind and took the time to discuss all of my concerns and develop a plan of care. Truly the best experience I have had at a health care appointment. All of the office staff were attentive and compassionate. Hardly any wait time. Was able to get an appointment same day. Highly recommend!

My referral took a week to process yet no call. I called, got a person and scheduled the next morning for a 10:30 appointment near my location. A lab report was portal lodged in two days. I am expecting River Chase staff or professional to make contact tomorrow as I believe promised. I'm not pleased having to make the call myself. I'm not pleased to be asked where the concern for review is at. I'm not pleased to have informed be where the concern for review was. Perhaps the referring doctor had specific notes or additional concerns. I am impressed to get into the office with speed. The office area seemed to be represented well with patients to be seen.

Dr. McBride was very professional and thorough. This was my first visit to her office. Compared to my past dermatologists, I would definitely highly recommend her! A staff member, Elizabeth reviewed the information with handouts for reminders on my medications. I felt very informed on my plan of care. Thank you all so much for your excellence and expertise.

So glad I found this dermatologist office. Zarema C. and the entire staff have been great. Never had to wait, communication and treatment of my skin cancers have been excellent. I had been a patient at Waters Edge and even though the same parent company owns Waters Edge and Riverchase, no comparison, the North Port office of Riverchase Dermatology is better in every aspect.

I normally see Dr. McBride, but I booked a "first available" appointment online to see one of the PAs due to an urgent skin issue that needed to be evaluated. When I arrived, I was told that my insurance only covered seeing the doctor, it would not cover seeing the PA. Tracy was great with finding a solution for me to be seen, and Dr. McBride was gracious enough to squeeze me in to an already packed schedule. Thank you for taking care of me and making me feel like a valued patient, I appreciate it!
