I have had amazing experiences every time I have visited Renewal. The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. My skin care procedures with Olivia at Renewal are always amazing! She takes time to explain what she is doing along the way and is the kindest person. She also helps with recommendations on other procedures that might help me with my aging skin. I recommend her services!

I’ve been to Renewal Skin Spa in Cascade for 3 treatments, including a BBL + Moxi duo and a BBL Forever treatment! Camille is wonderful, and she’s been taking care of my skin for many years. She was extremely kind, professional, and did a wonderful job making me less nervous for the laser treatments. She is very thorough, and you can tell she’s extremely passionate about skincare and skin health. Camille will forever be the gal I trust with my face and skin including treatments and product recommendations!

First off, what a warm and welcoming experience! I was a bit hesitant about getting a Moxi/BBL because it’s not just an average facial. Lasers are a little more intense! Danielle walked me through every step and answered all questions I had before I could ask! Not only was this a wonderful experience, but I will surely be coming back for more treatments here based on how I was treated! The BBL treatment itself was smooth but of course a little pain was expected. Where the skin is thinner was probably a 7/10 (under eyes, around your nose) everywhere else 4/10 and manageable. The Moxi you are prenumbed and that’s probably a 1/10 or 2/10. You don’t feel that at all. AFTER however is a different story, expect a sunburn like feel! I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it’s breezy. Follow you’re given directions and you’re good to go! I am 6 days post, and my skin is looking absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait in a couple of weeks for the healed result. Thank you so much Danielle and the staff for making me feel comfortable! Liv is outstanding, professional, thorough, and results-driven! I always leave feeling confident in my skin and the care I’ve received. She created a personalized at-home skincare regimen for me, and WOW, the difference has been incredible!!! What sets Liv apart is that she doesn’t just treat your skin, she also educates you on the importance of lifestyle and diet and how they impact your skin. I never realized how much those things matter! She truly listens, addresses my concerns, and explains things in a way that makes you feel so cared for and informed. Her passion is unmatched. I love Debbie for Botox, Bonnie for facials and more recently Angela, one of the owners, for my brows. Wow, she transformed my eyebrows and I feel so much better! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Renewal with Liv and the front desk staff! Every treatment I’ve received has exceeded my expectations, and Liv is always so patient and thorough in answering my questions. I always feel so well cared for, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I first tried Botox for migraines, and it was life-changing. As an added bonus, my forehead is smooth and I look a few years younger. Even though I live about 40 minutes away, and there are plenty of closer options for botox, I continue to book all of my appointments at Renewal with Cate. She is amazing and truly just a lovely person. She is kind and patient and knowledgeable. I always feel like I'm in the best hands, and have zero anxiety in her chair (despite my initial hesitation for cosmetic procedures!) She is professional and never pushy. She is the best type of salesperson because she makes me WANT to spend more money, without ever making me feel like just a sale. I know this is a paid service, and it is her job to make me feel welcomed, but she excels at it, because I genuinely feel like I'm visiting a friend.
