Thank you to the ladies at Prairie Rose Dental-South. I probably will never out grow the fear of dental work from my youth, but your early morning smiles and pleasant attitudes have definitely eased that animosity. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work.

I was first greeted by helpful and friendly support staff who helped me with my paperwork and my questions! My dental hygienist and dentist were very nice and professional! They answered my questions and counseled me on better ways to protect myself and my teeth! I would recommend them for anyone looking for a new dental clinic!

Dr. DeSmidt and Tanna were wonderful. Having had some major dental work done by Dr DeSmidt, she is awesome and professional, not to mention doing it all with no pain to me. Never had dental work done where there wasn’t soreness the next day. Highly recommend! Thank you!

They stopped accepting my insurance. They say they sent a letter informing me. Before my appointment they texted me three times to confirm my appointment, and called when I didn't reply. I even arrived 15 minutes early to fill out six pages of paperwork that needed to be updated. No mention of my insurance now being out of network until my cleaning was done. The cleaning should have been free, but since they no longer accept my insurance as in network, I had to pay $213 out of my pocket. Absolutely ridiculous, any effort at all and they could have conveyed that message. Imagine if they had texted me three times to confirm my insurance, and then called when I didn't reply. They're making plenty of money and they don't care.

I recently had a procedure at the South Prairie Rose Clinic for 2 crowns. I love the vibe the office has ,the people working there and especially my dentist. I felt comfortable enough to fall asleep in the chair! She is very good at what she does!

This was my experience without being an existing patient. I chipped a tooth and was referred to Prairie by a friend. I was initially scheduled within two days of my call where the tooth was assessed. Was then scheduled the next morning for the actual restoration. The staff was beyond friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier.

There is room for improvement...from greeting...showing more interest on their dental health...they deserve to be listened...hope this helps other patients have a better experience at this dental clinic.
