Dezarae is an absolute gem! I have had multiple treatments from her and am beyond happy with the results. Not only does she provide excellent services, she is kind and makes you feel at ease. I felt relaxed and comfortable even during a clear and brilliant laser! She is knowledgeable and caters each plan to you specifically. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the office itself is beautiful and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and book that appointment!

It’s always such a wonderful experience visiting the Polacek Center. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I could sit and chat with Jodie all day! She goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable entrance and happy exit from the center and is so helpful with product knowledge. She, along with the rest of the team, are always professional and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make every visit a great one. And Dr Polacek’s experience and results speak for themselves. If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Polacek and her staff I would. I am in my 60’s and the cosmetic treatments I’ve had done in the past year are very natural looking and have given me the refreshed look I wanted. Dr. Polacek takes the time to listen to me, answers all my questions…and I can tell she truly cares about her patients. Her staff are always welcoming and very professional, too.

Dr Polacek and the office staff are very professional .Melissa, an Esthetician, examines your skin and recommends which treatment is needed. Melissa choose the Diamond Glow and a peel.I have had my second Diamond Glow and the results are amazing. I was immediately pleased and have received compliments on the texture of my skin.
