This place has really gone downhill. It used to be busy, but now they’re clearly losing customers — and for good reason. The service has become dishonest. They don’t give you the full amount of Botox, cut corners on machine usage, and don’t use the number of PDO threads they promise — some even seem fake. I’ve stopped going, and I definitely don’t recommend it anymore!

Dr Chen is very professional. I went there several times, my favor is doing the Ultherapy and Thermage there. Dr chen injected anesthetic, So it didn’t hurt at all during the procedure. Highly recommended!

The place is relatively cheap, (they usually charge 10% less than other clinics, which now I know why) but you get what you paid for, and actually much less. I did many procedures here, first they suggested ultherapy, it did not make much difference on my face, then they told me I should use filler, then they told me thread is the only way that may work for me. every time when the result was not good, they told me to try a different procedure. The doctor does not give enough evaluation and preparation time on your face. When I did thread face lifting, he just casually drew some lines with thick marker on my face, not carefully measured nor precise at all, of course my face came out uneven after it. When I went to ask a solution, another patient was there complaining about the same situation and they always say: maybe this just does not work for you, maybe you should try something else. So, if you care about the result, don't go this place for hundred dollars less, because you will end up spending thousands of dollars for no result.

The staff is so and friendly. Dr. Chin is truly a professional. I went in yesterday for a procedure. Dr. Chin will first give you a consultation, and tell you what he suggests. He is very knowledgably. You will love this place. The best prices around. Dr. Chin's technique is very different, prevents bruising. Check it out.
