Pho Bar

This was our first time at Pho Bar. We had tried eating here twice but they were closed both times. The hours on Google are wrong! I had the #70 Bánh Hỏi Tôm Thịt Nướng (steamed vermicelli with shrimp & pork). My husband had the #31 Phở Tái (rare beef pho). We also shared the #9 Gỏi cuốn tôm thịt (Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Shrimp and Pork). Everything was great... the service, food and environment. We went on a Tuesday evening at 5pm. There wasn't much of a crowd so we got to choose where we sat. The staff (teenage young lady & young man) were friendly and quick.... checking on us sporadically and insuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend coming in for the Pho, spring rolls and steamed vermicelli.

Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the spring rolls and the purple yam ice cream. The service was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

I got large 42 spicy beef soup bun Bo hue. Really delicious and the portions are big! Spacious inside - service is great.

Had a rare steak pho the other day it was good. I think the broth can use a little bit more flavor. It was a little bland for me but very good. I asked for extra steak and they gave me extra steak, which was good because I’ve tried other places and they barely give you like five pieces of steak And I asked for extra garnish. I wish they would’ve gave me a little bit more jalapeño and cilantro, but very good.

First time customer during my business trip. Hands down one of the most affordable Pho restaurants in Rio Rancho. Ordered medium plate of soup and after it was brought, realized that small would be more then plenty. Keep in mind, medium size bowl will get you more then full. Very tasty food and friendly staff. Will definitely return. This place is one of the lowest prices of Pho food and They conveniently accept Apple Pay

Being new to Pho, I asked for recommendations and got some spring rolls, beef pho and a noodle bowl. The bowl was only served with fish sauce and it didn't set well with me (I probably should have just asked for a different sauce), and there were just so many noodles. The pho was delicious, and the grilled chicken spring rolls were good as well. It seemed to be unusually busy and it took about 20 minutes to get our check.

#33 Brisket Pho, shrimp sausage on sugarcane, #62 grilled pork with egg rolls and noodles and fried butterflied shrimps. All flavors were excellent and consistent. I always look forward to our next visit.
