Customer Reviews
Perfect Touch Day Spa has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on over 434 reviews on Google
This place was an unexpected delight. The reception area was very nice, and staff was prompt at getting information and getting the appointment moving. I didn’t have to wait long, but did use the restroom before hand which was very clean. I had a full body hot stone massage which was wonderful! The masseuse was amazing and spoke with me before about how I’d like my massage, pressure, focus areas, etc. The massage itself was very nice, honestly probably one of the best I’ve had. She did a really good job with pressure and didn’t half do it as some places will. The facial I had was fantastic. Again, everything was professional and she was great with products and the massage. I will absolutely be back here as the prices were reasonable and the services were fantastic. There was also a ton of parking available which was nice.
In response to Justin’s review, as someone in the industry, using derogatory language such as "masseuse" is extremely offensive and proves the intent of the reviewer to be extremely harmful towards licensed professionals. If you enter a professional LICENSED establishment with LICENSED professionals, why would you, firstly address your practitioner as a "masseuse" instead of a massage THERAPIST. Secondly, your approach to a licensed individual as a "masseuse" discredits the education and strict licensing protocol that they follow because you’re insecure about a therapeutic service and approaching it as something different than what it actually is. This type of language and harmful rhetoric towards the profession is the problem, not the licensed individual, furthermore, it was completely appropriate for the therapist to defend himself toward that idea as is anyone else’s right to defend themselves when they’re being slandered for just trying to do their job. He had no idea that you would be so insecure and begin to belittle his education and training that he put in in spite of harmful individuals such as yourself that constantly try to tear down the THERAPISTS in this industry. You’re entitled to your preference, however what you’re NOT entitled to is slandering someone to validate yourself.
The atmosphere was so clean, refreshing, and relaxing. Natalie did an amazing job on my massage and was very respectful. Will be coming back again
Why do I keep trying to get a massage here?? The last one I will ever get was Friday. Made the appt and specifically asked for deep tissue and someone with strong hands. Got there and she asked what I wanted or needed and I told her. The massage was so light and barely touching me with any pressure that it was just awkward and so incredibly disappointing. An 85 year old fragile senior woman would’ve felt like she wasted her money. I mentioned problem areas, which any decent therapist would feel immediately because of the knots, and she didn’t even sway from what seemed like the slowest most monotonous routine she’d created for everyone. You’d have to actually apply pressure to feel knots though. She never asked how the pressure was like most do which I was desperately waiting for. I thought the last several I’ve got here couldn’t get beat for worst massage and this lady came through for me. Even the others at least made me feel relaxed and loosened me up some but not this one. This place used to be a great spot especially when it was at the other location. Now it’s like they hire the first students they see right out of school. I will officially never step foot in this place ever again and neither will my wife or our friends. The quest is on for a much better massage in town but the bar is so low I’ll be happy with anyone somewhat interested in their job.
I’ve been coming to see Della for facials and pedicures for years now she does amazing work and is very thorough and has great customer service! Felt very welcomed and relaxed! Got my eyebrows waxed the other day and she did a phenomenal job. 10/10 recommend
This was our 1st visit to the Perfect Touch Day Spa!!! Our technician was Lisa Mahon. We had an Excellent experience with her services. Today was a Birthday gift to my husband. We shared the excitement of being in Lisa's delightful presence. She has such a Joyous, and pleasant spirit, it seems like we have known her a lifetime. So if you want a really great service request her by name!!! Thanks Shelia Laury
