Absolutely disgusting place. The produce section looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since last year — mud, wilted coriander, and soggy spinach everywhere. The bins are filthy, the walls are stained, and the floor is sticky. It’s shocking that they sell food in these conditions. And the staff? Completely arrogant. The people at the billing counter were literally throwing the groceries around like trash while packing — no respect for customers or the food. When you point it out, they act like they’re doing you a favor by even scanning your items. This location seriously needs an inspection. Patel Brothers is supposed to represent quality, but this store feels like the exact opposite — dirty, careless, and rude. Never coming back here again.

I occasionally order online from Patel Brothers when I’m unable to shop in person, but the quality of produce has been consistently disappointing. This is the fourth time I’ve received stale or wilted greens. It’s frustrating that, despite the high delivery and service fees, fresh vegetables can’t be guaranteed. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work toward improving the quality of their online orders.

Small store but perfect for all your Indian grocery needs. Has a parking lot behind the store that allows free parking. Plenty of public parking are also available (paid around $ 2.5 per hour.

A little smaller location than other Patel Brothers I've been to. But still the best place to get all the Indian groceries!

At Patel Brothers Waltham, there are repeated billing problems. During checkout, items are intentionally misplaced, and some high-value items are omitted, making it difficult to catch immediately. I have experienced this on every visit.
