Just had my first cleaning, exam, etc. at park dental. It was my best experience ever...and the dentist is not my favorite place in the world. Dr. Pumper and hygenist Sarah were quick, gentle and fun conversation!

Needed appointment as soon as possibe. Received an immediate appointment. Dentist and staff great. Followup recommended. EXCELLENT!

Had 3D scans done here for a top retainer. The lady who did the scans scraped the tool all over each of my teeth and gums, you could hear it clanking against all my teeth and she was dragging it across each tooth. I thought this was how it was supposed to be done because I had never had 3D scans before. Well a few months later I went to a different location to get scans done again for a bottom retainer and the tool didn’t even touch my teeth and the lady who did them was very gentle. I asked her is it supposed to touch the teeth and she said definitely not! It was just disappointing and seemed like whoever did the scans at this location didn’t seem to care.

Sarah and Dr Pumper are the best. I don’t dread going to the dentist, like a lot of my friends. Thank you

I like my dentist, Dr Pearson (I would highly recommend her, but not at Park Dental), however the backend office is a hot mess. I'm being re-billed for procedures from 2023 that insurance decided to request a reimbursement for. No explanation, no codes, no contact from the business office as to why. Billing is now worth the headache with Park Dental.

Thanks for the outstanding care I received during my recent visit. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly & efficient. The dental hygienist Nancy was gentle and professional, making me feel comfortable & at easy throughout my cleaning. Dr. Alegaonkar was fantastic knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain every step and answer all my questions with patience and clarity.
