Master Michael is awesome! He’s super attentive and playful with the kids. Even those who aren’t really into sports feel motivated because of his energy. We’ve been with him for over two years, and the kids are still having a blast!

We've had an exceptional experience at OneKick Rockville since our son started at 5 years old (programs start at 3)! The studio stands out with its strong ethics and the classes are both challenging, spiritual, and enjoyable for children. Master Michael is incredibly pedagogical and fun, making each session educational and engaging. Our son has grown tremendously here, developing discipline, strength, and self-confidence. He enjoyed the classes so much that he eagerly signed up for their summer camp for the second consecutive year, which is also excellent. He is striving for black belt with great commitment and mystic. Master Michael is awesome. He is a strict yet nurturing authority figure. He has an excellent control of the kids, and they all seem to enjoy and love classes. He firmly but kindly pushes them to do their best, and to explore their limits. He recognizes effort and hard work, and constantly reward them when appropriate. Our son has been there since he was 5, and he has been able to not only to progress and improve, but to extrapolate the discipline and lessons he has learned at taekwondo classes to other aspects of his daily routine and responsibilities. Onekick is not only an outstanding taekwondo school, but a place to learn for life.

OneKick Rockville provides excellent taekwondo classes and school break camps. My son started here in January 2023 when he was four. Master Michael has a fun yet firm teaching style. He commands attention and respect and masterfully manages small and large groups of mixed age children effortlessly. I can see how my son has improved his balance, coordination and agility, strength, focus, and confidence. These skills have also helped him on the soccer field. He is always excited to go to class twice a week and is proud each time he earns a higher ranked belt. He is also looking forward to summer camps that combine taekwondo lessons and varied daily field trips to area attractions. I expect he will continue classes beyond the Tiny Tiger program into his tween years at least.

One kick is a positive and supportive place for my kids to learn new skills, exercise, gain confidence, and make new friends! Master Michael and his team are extremely supportive and have made a positive impact to my kids life!

Our two kids have studied at multiple martial arts places. Master Michael and One Kick is an excellent program. The kids are pushed to be their best and rise to the occasion. They really learn and Master Michael has high expectations. The birthday parties and camps are great too.

Master Mike is incredible with the kids. A great balance of building focus/ confidence and having fun. Our 5 and 4 year olds love it!
