Overall, i have to give the Mountain View location a 10/10. My whole family sees Dr Eggleston. I've never felt more comfortable in my life. I love that he tries to find other ways to help you through things other than putting you on whatever medication to treat it. We recently switched pediatricians for my son who's 3. His past pediatrician scolded us for him being in the higher percentiles for weight and height. Dr Jeff Ryan didnt even bat an eye and reassured us that this is all so normal for most kiddos his age. Recommending tests if we felt it was necessary to make sure everything was good with his hormones and what not. For the first time in 3 years, i walked out of his appointments feeling so much more confident in the care my child is receiving than I had ever felt with his last pediatrician he saw since birth. We have e-statements sent to us and i feel their billing is easy to management and have access too. I do wish we could have a family account where I didn't have to have separate log ins for each of my family members but if I had to give anything a negative review, it would be that.

Mixed Experiences Over Years: A Review of Ogden Clinic Mountain View Location Our family has frequented Ogden Clinic's Mountain View location for the last three years, appreciating its ample parking and prompt service. The facility always presents a clean and organized facade, which is reassuring. However, our journey has been speckled with concerns and less-than-pleasant experiences. A recurring issue is the misdirection of our prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, causing unnecessary hassles. The bigger concern lies in the bedside manner of the staff, particularly the doctors. Except for one amiable doctor, the rest, especially the female doctors, display a lack of warmth and empathy. Their demeanor often feels cold and disconnected, which is distressing when seeking medical care. Moreover, the clinic's vocal promotion of a specific political agenda, seemingly favoring one gender over another, has made us uncomfortable, especially with their promotion of the trans agenda. It raises concerns to a level where I feel uneasy leaving my children alone with the doctors, fearing unintended influences or discussions. An incident that particularly stands out was when I had an adverse reaction to a tarantula hawk sting. After taking my payment and checking me in, they later informed me in the waiting room that they couldn’t attend to me and advised me to visit the emergency room. This, after having already charged me, felt unprofessional and disheartening. On a lighter note, a small joy comes from the toy dispenser machine that houses tiny trinket toys. It's a sweet gesture that my kids look forward to, making their visit to the clinic a little more enjoyable despite the aforementioned issues. In summary, while the Ogden Clinic Mountain View location scores on cleanliness, promptness, and some child-friendly features, the lack of warmth, empathy, and some operational missteps considerably dampen the overall experience. It's a place of mixed feelings where the scales of professional courtesy and personal connection need serious rebalancing.

Way too slow. I scheduled a physical exam with blood test. Had to wait for over one hour after the physical exam to get blood test done. They don’t have enough people work in the lab. They definitely don’t respect patients time. Some people need to go back to work and don’t have two hours to get a physical and blood test done. The patient who got here for the lab later than me got in before. The nurse doesn’t have my name on their list. Super unprofessional

Primary care physician assistant is amazing. Support staff has been a challenge. Their communication is often slow, inaccurate or at times nonexistent. Many prescriptions have been sent with incorrect instructions, sent to wrong locations or not sent in at all. Incorrect phone number for fax given to other offices for critical test results (that showed my husband needed immediate heart surgery) took me two weeks to problem solve the issue because the staff continued to blow us off when we needed a referral to a heart surgeon. We have had a few billing issues as well. (PA was unaware even though we had emailed several times and called daily for two weeks) When trying to problem solve the issues there hasn’t been much help. We have been waiting over 4 months for a referral for a family member that at this point I’ve spent hours on the phone with multiple people trying to get and still no appointment. Again, the PA has been great. Their clinic support staff needs serious improvement.

Wife was seen by Ogden Clinic’s staff at Ogden Regional, bill was never received or mentioned at follow on visits. Sent to collections with no notice or statement stating debt. Called numerous times and never told about these bills. After receiving a summons, I call and they inform me that I wouldn’t be able to see bills from that time period because they changed systems, but I have kept statements from them that show visits from that same time period. They still owe me money for overpayments but have not paid anything back to me. Now I’ve had to pay their collections for mistakes on their part. I would avoid them, especially if you have TRICARE, or VA. THEY DO NOT CARE TO HELP YOU!

I really hate to do this but after what happened to me this morning, I am BEYOND ANNOYED. I have been taking my 3 children to this clinic for yearsssss (including myself for various things). A couple weeks ago, I was at the clinic and inquired at the front desk regarding if I needed an appointment to get my 7th grader her vaccine boosters. Here is what I was told: "Does she need to see a doctor, or do you just need the vaccines?" I told her we just needed the vaccines (I knew time was running out so I just needed to get in and out). Then she said, "Ok, great. Yeah, you can just bring her in and see a nurse to get those. You do NOT need an appointment." I double checked and verified with her and yes, she ASSURED ME we could just walk in and get them--no big deal. I have been insanely busy, so we got up extra early today and drove 36 minutes (I live in Huntsville) to go get her vaccines. When I checked in, I was told that they have a policy that if she hasn't had a "well child exam" in over a year, they will NOT do the vaccines. WHAT. So I explain my predicament and tell her what I was told by another one of the employees there. Too bad so sad for me. She has me wait and supposedly "talked to" the doctor in the back (I'm assuming she just spoke to the pediatrician's STAFF), and then tells me that she is so sorry, but they will not see my daughter, and that they are booked a few weeks out for well-child appointments. (Keep in mind the first day of school is literally TOMORROW). I ask a few more questions and she tells me the Weber Health Dept will do it (without having a well-child exam), but they do NOT take walk-ins. Lovely. I do really like our pediatrician, so this is not a strike against him personally. It's just a massive mis-communication on their part. Since they are the ones who gave me bad information, I would have REALLY appreciated being "squeezed" in this morning to get TWO stupid shots. Now I have to sign a vaccine WAIVER with the health department so my child can attend school! This could have easily been avoided, or at least handled differently. I understand this is their "policy," I just wish that would have been explained to me when I first asked about it! I really felt like they didn't care one bit about our situation and made me feel like this was my fault.

Misdiagnosed my pregnant wife's DVT. They claimed she possibly had a uti. Her leg was blue, ballooned, and cold. Went to the ER a few hours later, they caught it immediately. The were appalled that they thought it was even possibly a UTI. Ogden Clinic told us there was no blood clot. There was one from her calf to her hip that wasn't caught by whoever read the ultrasound. Turns out she had pulmonary emboli as well. She is not the only one I know of personally who they have misdiagnosed emboli here. At this point, I am not willing to trust these guys with my family any longer.
