North Memorial Health Clinic - Maple Grove

All doctors that I have seen are very conscience and thorough (and personable to boot). I have a lot of confidence in this clinic and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Second time here. Can't say enough of how friendly, kind and nice everyone is. Far cry from the crabby, incompetence of Fairview Red Wing. Dr. Ahmed is wonderful.

I wanted to believe this was a good clinic. I had a couple great visits here. But the last one left me feeling like a number: unimportant, value-less, and demeaned. This was a new doctor who I hadn't seen in the past. He was fast talking, ordered me up on the exam table, rapidly checked things out, said there was nothing he could do right now, handed me a referral, and left the room. This transpired in less than 5 minutes. The rational part of me wants to be understanding. I booked a last minute appointment just before 5pm, and maybe this surprise was a curveball at the end of a long day. I have those days. However, clinic to clinic, it's so totally consistent that I enter to a welcoming front desk, as well as kind and personable nursing staff. I get excellent care and compassion from every staff member except the Doctors. After several chances, it's time to find an entirely different network of clinics.

This note is specifically about Cathy in the clinic. I called today to get assistance with refills on prescriptions bc I’ve not been able to get timely responses from my medical provider thru My Chart. Cathy happened to pick up my call, was warm and friendly, was thorough with her questions and looking into my situation, and immediately was able to put-through my request for refills. I’ve been 4 days without medication, so I’m doubly grateful for her help. Thank you, Cathy!!

Scam operation- they charge double (both you and your insurance). I was required to pay a Non-refundable $500 for a single 45-min physical on top of my insurance covering 100% of the visit. Secondly, they rushed me through, didn’t listen, and dismissed abnormal lab results. Go anywhere else. This place is terrible.

I called to make an appointment for my and my child's annual physicals - I've been seen at this clinic in the past but hadn't been there recently. The person who answered when I called, Natalie, was extremely rude and told me that I had never been to their clinic before. As I repeated to her that I had, in fact, been to this clinic before, she just became more disrespectful and unpleasant. I told her that her demeanor and manner of talking to me was very upsetting and I asked her to transfer me to someone else. She refused to do so. I then told her I wanted to speak to her manager and she told me someone would have to call me back. I gave her my phone number, she said it would be 24 - 72 hours before someone would call me - that was a week ago and I've still not heard from anyone! I have to assume they just don't care. I can see now why this clinic has such a low rating. The lack of customer-focused service and respect is astounding. If they'll treat a patient/prospective patient this way over the phone, that indicates to me how you would be treated as a patient. I would not be comfortable walking into a place that treats people this way. I'm taking my healthcare, and my money, elsewhere.

I went to the Maple Grove clinic attached to Maple Grove Hospital this week for a new patient check up. The PA Bridget Kosak was amazing. She spent a little extra time getting to know me and my concerns. My exams went well and were painless even with a blood draw and a woman’s exam. This was the best clinic experience I’ve had. She made me feel listened too and cared about. She also didn't shame me about my weight, something I am always worried about. I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend seeing Dr. Kosak.
