Finding a dentist you trust completely is a rare thing, but that’s exactly what I’ve found with Dr. Niles. I’ve been going to them for over a decade, and in all that time, they’ve never felt impersonal or rushed. They’re conveniently close, but the main reason I stay (and consistently recommend them to friends and family) is the genuine care l feel the moment l walk in. I have total confidence in the staff and their dental knowledge. I really appreciate they take the time to explain the 'why' behind their recommendations, their logic and philosophy makes sense. If you’re looking for a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring, this is the place.

Good evening normally people get on here and just write a review just cause but I honestly am not one of those people . The staff at Niles dental are amazing .I called when they were closed and not even 15 to 20 mins after I left a message I received a call from a welcoming receptionist that booked my appointment right then and there without hesitation. These days there aren't too many places a person can go and it actually feels like home. Lastly the doctor and the nurse are magnificent. I've never ever been to a dentist that didn't hurt me til I came to Niles dental . I will continue to go to Niles as well as recommend them to my coworkers and people abroad .

This is an amazing dental office. I first went to them back in 2005, then moved out the area and never found another dentist like them. So caring and gentle, but thorough and professional. I never forgot them and here it is 2026 and I have made my way back to them. Thank you!

Nikes dental is the best! When I say so very professional, and caring, you just couldn’t ask for a better dental office!! It’s a family affair thing that you wouldn’t want to miss! Jennifer has that infectious smile that makes you feel so welcome! Keep up the great work Dr. Smith and entire staff!

I’m beyond happy with this place. They got me in the same day to start. Explained everything in full and there was no questions unanswered. I had to bring my 5month old and everyone was extremely helpful while I was there. I was scared she would cry the whole time and the staff ensured me they would help if I needed. This was huge as I had avoided the dentist and partly due to fear of bringing my child in. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hey I’m not much of a writer, but the dr. And her staff really made me comfortable and I really hate dentist! So with saying that Niles clinic has a forever patient. That you all for your patient and support!!!

Very professional staff and the time was minimal. Jennifer at the front desk is great and keeps me and my family returning. Dr. Smith is very good and pleasant.
